Lee heads the marketing team at SGR. She works closely with business development planning for attorneys and practices. She leads Firm-wide marketing strategies, as well as helping attorneys network internally and externally.
Sharon Williams Business Development Coordinator ext. 53535 Sharon partners with the Corporate, Real Estate, IP and International practices in growing their practices. She works on pitches, RFPs and presentations. Sharon also leads the coordination and logistics for Firm events and manages the Cristo Rey students’ day-to-day assignments.

Mollie Werner Marketing Communications Mgr. ext. 53671
Mollie manages SGR’s communications activities, as well as Trust the Leaders magazine. This also includes the team’s day-to-day functions, public relations, social media, and award recognitions on behalf of the Firm, its practices, and attorneys.
Jaleesa Smith
Business Development Coordinator ext. 53536 Jaleesa partners with the Aviation, Environmental, Litigation, Tax and Trusts & Estates practices in growing their practices. She coordinates events and works on pitches, RFPs and presentations. Jaleesa also handles lateral integration and manages the Cristo Rey Program. During Jaleesa’s maternity leave, Latisha Lee filled in so Marketing didn’t miss a beat.
Kerry Franklin Marketing & Graphics Coordinator ext. 53761 Kerry designed marketing brochures, flyers, and presentations, produced videos, and managed the Firm’s website and search engine optimization. Kerry is moving and would like to thank SGR for a great experience. Stay tuned for our next Marketing & Graphics Coordinator.
Cheryl Walker
Marketing Operations Administrator ext. 53119 Cheryl assists with SGR’s diversity program, women’s initiative and the SGR alumni initiative. Cheryl also manages the Firm’s sports ticketing, facilitates firm-wide initiatives, and conducts data analysis and tracking.
