Our Brand Emblem and Color We are excited to unveil our official brand emblem and color. Drawing inspiration from Smita’s cultural heritage and architecture in Odisha, India, our emblem design incorporates key references from the Konark Chakra symbolizing continuity, progress, and prosperity. We are now more than ever determined to carry out the same message of the emblem by means of our business practices and reshaping the world of luxury.

A fun and unexpected highlight of Art Basel was experiencing the Louis Vuitton x Frank Gehry capsule collection. Each unique bag on display belonged to four categories: Architecture and Form, Material Exploration, Animals, and Twisted Box. A great example of fashion and architecture fusing together to bring something new to life. 4

Art Basel has done it again! This year, the art fair piloted a new charity-focused sales platform, Access, which has raised over $100,000 for The Miami Foundation and The International Committee of the Red Cross. With 15 participating galleries and the most expensive sale reported at $20 million, Access not only facilitated art sales but also encouraged philanthropic giving. Asaya’s team was there to support the cause while enjoying the art, food, and culture. 5
Celebrating a 77 yr old Changemaker It’s never too late to make a difference K.C. Sahoo, a retired Nuclear Scientist from Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Mumbai, is making a difference in his rural village in India. After heading prestigious nuclear programs and research in India, he decided to use his skills and passion to positively influence the youth in his village. Since his retirement, he has successfully implemented rural development projects like an all sports stadium with includes Yoga and wellness center, Bank with an ATM Facility, various women’s rural development programs, and his latest project, rebuilding the Tarikund High School. The school where he studied, is in a completely dilapidated state. He and his alumni group are working diligently towards raising private and government funds to rebuild the school to modern standards to accommodate their growing student population. Join K.C. Sahoo and his team in rebuilding Tarikund High School and make a difference in the lives of these students!

Existing school building
Students’ safety is Tarikund High Schools’s top priority, and is taken seriously. Unfortunately, the current school building’s condition is not up to par, with a leaking roof, space constraints and harmful asbestos. The high school is excited to announce that they have partnered with asaya Design to create a safe and comfortable learning environment. With asaya’s expertise in space planning, the school can ensure that their new program and occupancy will address the concerns of their students and staff. 7

asaya Design is proud to announce our partnership with Tarikund High School’s alumni and educators to help bring their vision to life. Our philanthropic initiative has led us to design a new school that includes 12 classrooms, 2 staff rooms, 4 toilet facilities, a community meeting space, and both indoor/outdoor play areas, and rooftop access. We are excited to see the positive impact this new space will have on the local community. 8

asaya has a vision to use vernacular materials for building architecture. The company aims to incorporate local brick and modern concrete to create a unique blend of traditional and modern architecture. Furthermore, asaya plans to use the local art and motif called “Chitta” to create interior floor design.
