Online PRESTART phase 2

To assist you in completing phase 2 you will need to reference your Prestart Selection Guide and follow the external selections checklist provided. Visiting our suppliers websites and looking at images & photos can also be a useful tool to help you with this part.

In phase 2 we require you to think about your Front Elevation & external colour selections.

PHASE 2

Some things to keeping in mind;• Your Developer may have restrictive Guidelines your need to adhere to when making these selections • We do not allow your Front Door to be painted Dark colours due to warping • Colours will always appear lighter outside in the natural elements than what they do looking at samples inside your home Once you have sent us your external selections we will then be able to provide you a 2D computer generated mock up of your front elevation. This is used just as a guide, for illustration purposes only, as a reference to provide you with a visualisation of your elevation which incorporates your selected colours.

Please note: This is not be a true representation of the colours due to natural elements and how they alter the appears of colours.

To keep things progressing and to avoid any delays it is crucial to complete Phase 2 as soon as possible for us to be able to continue with the final phase and complete the prestart via email process for you.
