Butthe truthis, we’reall different– andwhatworks for one person maynot necessarily work foranother.

Still, most expertsagree that an idealdiet consists of clean, organicfood, cookedfromscratch andfreefromartificialadditives.

Often, youneedtotry differentthingstoformyourown opinion.Listentoadvice, gather more information – andmostimportantly,tuneintowhatfeels rightfor you.

What feelsbestfor youtoeat todaymight notbethe same laterinlife. Be open to thefactthatyourdietary needs maychangeovertime, dependingonthingslike your ageand levelofphysical activity.

Youmight seea flashoffrustrationordefianceintheir eyes – or,justaseasily,a distantlookasthey shut down andretreat.

Thewords exercise and workingout canstir up allkinds of feelings,often includinga senseofinadequacy – of not beinggood enough or notknowing what to do.
