OUR APPROACH

Miracle Heights Adventures engages groups in experiential learning activities that embody the spirit of adventure, build resilience, and empower collective success.

Experiential learning is central to our approach at Miracle Heights Adventures. Combining experiential and adventure education with what we know about resilience and team development, we identify which of our tools are best for your group and design programs to meet your unique needs. In collaboration, our team will deliver programs that are fun, memorable, and impactful—on the ground, on the ropes, or at your site.

Team building allows for meaningful bonding. Working through novel challenges and reflecting on your work builds lasting connections, and makes all the difference.

OUR EXCITING ACTIVITIES

Aerial Adventure Park (pictured upper left) has an open, self-guided design that allows participants to choose their own path through 33 different elements, including Winston-Salem's only 600' zipline.

Aerial Teams Course (pictured middle right) is designed specifically for teamwork and requires a collaborative effort in the group to accomplish what you couldn't do alone.

Low Ropes Course (pictured along the bottom) provides a number of team-building challenges at ground level. This challenging outdoor pursuit focuses on reaching common goals and objectives as a team.

"Team connection is the foundation upon which great things are built. It is the driving force behind innovation, collaboration, and success. It is what allows diverse individuals to come together, share their unique perspectives, and create something truly remarkable."

Our team of expert facilitators will curate a series of activities based on your groups goals and needs. Through these team building initiatives, your team will collaborate to solve problems, provide feedback, and apply your insights in the moment. Activities could include Key Punch, Blocked Perspective, and Human Rush Hour.

INITIATIVES

BUILDING IT FORWARD

Building it Forward is a great opportunity for our business partners to enhance their corporate culture and promote teamwork, collaboration, and a sense of purpose among employees. Consider spending a day engaging in Corporate Social Responsibility and supporting Crossnore’s mission of providing hope and healing to children and families in North Carolina. Available on campus at Crossnore Communities for Children or on-site where you are!

Building it Forward includes three components:

Team Building

Miracle Heights Adventures will provide your team with the opportunity to focus on your values and purpose in your work through customizable team building options.

Volunteering

Whether it’s preparing flower beds or packing emergency placement kits, your volunteer time will directly benefit the children and families we serve.

Giving

When companies give to charity, they can inspire others to do the same, creating a culture of philanthropy and social responsibility. Make a financial contribution to support Crossnore as we help children realize their true selves while they heal, gain perspective, and learn to thrive as resilient and confident individuals.
