Workplace friendly massage treatments are now available every Friday in our Treatment Room with Angela Mitchell. Choose from seated chair, Indian head, back neck and shoulders or hand and arm massage. These express services are designed to fit neatly into our working day and are brought to us by former nurse turned complimentary therapist Angela Mitchell.

Angela first studied clinical aromatherapy at The Ross Clinic Glasgow in 2001. Since then practised massage at various events, trained in Indian head massage and on site massage also with Gateway Workshops. She has worked at many events over the years, including time with Athletes Angels for sports events, working at a distillery and city centre IT company offering on site massages, she also has ongoing contracts massaging special needs adults, elderly and infirm as well as many private clients.

Angela said "One highlight was being asked to massage Mr Bryan Ferry at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall! My complementary health career has given so much back to me, and my added love for writing over the years is still going strong. I recently published an article in 'In Essence' aromatherapy journal. To me sharing knowledge is so empowering to others. There is always something new to learn and in aromatherapy especially research is important to ensure it is thriving now and in the future."

Angela is a current member of the Complementary Medical Association.
