When you are visiting a patient:
Hours: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekends and holidays.
• Wash your hands before entering a patient’s room. • Follow any additional requirements for Personal Protective Equipment, such as masks. • Make sure all children have a supervising adult with them at all times. • Avoid noisy, disruptive behavior and help respect the healing of all patients. • Ask before bringing foods, drinks or items that may trigger allergies (such as balloons, flowers or perfume). • Pets are limited to service animals as defined by the ADA.

Food and beverage: Cascade Cafe is located on the second floor above the main lobby.
Coffee Niche is located on the first floor off the main lobby. Hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Vending machines with snacks and beverages are located in the main lobby. Restrooms: For the health and safety of all, we ask visitors to use public restrooms and not use patient restrooms. Ask hospital staff to direct you to the nearest public restroom.
