I have been doing scientific research and teaching for over 10 years. My research field covers Macroeconomics, automobile manufacturing, and finance. I am also engaged in corporate governance, corporate finance, risk management, and financial consulting and training. I am currently a professor at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for MBA and MPA and Hong Kong Open University. I have been giving courses in Peking University, Renmin University, Beijing Normal University and People’s Public Security University of China. I also served as a coach in such business companies as BMW (China) Training Base and Ford (China) Training Base. My training style is often described as humorous and dynamic. I prepared myself with excellent presentation, and writing skills. Moreover, my critical thinking skill allows me streamlining and solving problems in an innovative way. And my unique insight also gives me great flexibility to adjust to clients' needs. As an active communicator and an effective team player, I am always ready sharing my information, knowledge and resources.
