A Big Thank You for a Great Night
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year ’ s Holiday Party The Masquerade theme was a hit, and it was wonderful to see all the creative masks this year. We have received a lot of thoughtful feedback through the survey, and we truly appreciate everyone who took the time to share their thoughts. The comments were honest and extremely valued. It is clear that people not only enjoyed the event but also care about making it even better next year.
Most of all, it was just nice to be together, laughing, celebrating, and closing out the year as a team Thank you for being part of what makes our company such a great place to work and for bringing your best every day

Mike Senk from Jewelers Mutual visited our Manchester location to provide an engaging sales training session for both the Manchester and Salem teams! The session was not only informative but also interactive and fun, giving everyone valuable insights and practical knowledge to better serve our guest. Jewelers Mutual provides our JM Care Plans, which are a pivotal part of our business, and we ’ re proud of the excellent, long-standing relationship we share with them A big thank you to Mike for sharing his expertise and energy with our teams, and another big thank you to the Manchester and Salem teams for being so welcoming, engaged, and full of great questions throughout the session!

Employee Shoutout
I would like to recognize all the hard work that was put into the Christmas party this year. Lauryl listened to all the critiques and came through with so many updates and changes to give the employees the best party to date From the spread of delicious food to the live music, I could not find a single thing that could have been better. We had so much more time to mingle and catch up with our friends from other locations. Feelings of fun and happiness filled the room. It was so much fun to see everyone's mask and attire We really do clean up nice around here! All the smiles and laughs warmed my heart The photo booth is always ONE of my favorite parts BUT the best surprise for me personally was the infamous chocolate cake. I may have ate mine a little too quickly, but it was the perfect sweet ending to a beautiful well thought out party. Thank you Lauryl and HR team for listening to us and making changes for us all to have the best experience at our company holiday party. It really set the tone and got me in the Holiday spirits to crush this December! We are the best of the best so lets make this a year to remember.
