Mobile application for physicians, which helps them in their daily work routine by assisting them in seeing patients in a clinic. Which eliminates the current manual and challenges process.

• Focus on all the problems and making a permanent solution considering all the problems.
• Easy of usability, user friendly and easy of accessabilty.
The problem’s:
Physician:
• Physician cannot effectively plan their visiting time/ days effectively to balance the patient load across working days
• It is difficult to track patient history and treatment.
• If physician gets an emergency either appointments difficulty in rescheduling or cancelling.
• Patients surprised with visit length.
• Too many topics at once.
• Patients unsure what symptoms to report.
• Patients don’t understand medical processes.
• Inability to consult in a short time.
• Adding data to EHRs/EMRs
• Patients not completing treatment
• High levels of mutual stress
Patients:
• Patients have to wait a lot which is not a good experience.
• Visits are too short or too long.
• physicians aren’t sure about their patient’s symptoms. They may suggest to consult their colleagues which is tie consuming.
• They find difficult to make a follow-up's on schedule or reports of their own.
• Emergency queries once after consulting the physician.

User research: summary
Primary research is carried out by interviews and personal observation of different set of users and with different demography . Various problems and the parameters were noted from means of secondary research. The qualitative and quantative research were carried out for the betterment of the research data.
