Celebrating Five Years of the Customer Experience Center
This past July, our C4 and ChampVA Experience Center marked five incredible years of service. We are honored to continue serving our nation’s Veterans, their families, and the dedicated providers who care for them. The past five years have been full of innovation and outstanding customer service.
Our Associates are a positive force in the healthcare industry and make the lives of the people we work with better each day. We look forward to the impact they will make in the next five years and beyond!
Signature Performance Management Group
The Signature Performance Management Group (SPMG) was founded on the belief that creating connections, sharing knowledge, and growing leadership skills among Associates in leadership roles positively impacts the entire Signature community.
Today, our SPMG consists of 150 Associates dedicated to personal and professional growth and leading Signature into the future. In the past year, SPMG members participated in over six leadership-focused professional development opportunities. During the summer of 2024, all members were invited to our Omaha campus for Spirit of Signature Week. They explored each department’s inner workings through the Department Showcase and engaged in learning sessions with special guests, including Omaha community members, VP and Controller Aimi Daughtery; Chief Growth Officer Marc DuBois; President and Chief Operating Officer Karen Hudgins; and Founder and Chief Executive Officer Allen Fredrickson.
The dedication of our SPMG members continues to elevate the entire Signature community, shaping a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. We look forward to their ongoing leadership and shared vision driving Signature’s success in the years to come.

300 Associates Enrolled in A Digital or Live class
Our Associates reached new heights in 2024! Whether through apprenticeship opportunities, live learning courses, coaching sessions, or open forums, the Signature team was eager to learn.
Signature’s Learning and Development team was busy creating new classes and learning opportunities for our Associates. Over 300 Associates tuned in to live, misson-based classes, taught by subject matter experts within Signature. Additionally, over 370 Associates completed over 100 Signature YOU courses in 2024. We also launched Associate Master Classes, our Associate-led learning platform designed to share knowledge and ideas.
Fifty-six shining Associates took the next step in their careers by accepting a promotion in 2024! Whether Associates landed these roles through apprenticeship opportunities or simply excelling in their previous roles, we are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication it took to push further and ask more of themselves. Congratulations to all who earned a promotion this year!

Community Impact
By working at Signature, our Associates are giving back to others each day as we work to improve the health of our clients’ business and make the lives of the people we work with better.
We wanted to know how our Associates are making an impact within their local communities. From donating hand-crafted blankets to nursing homes, to raking leaves and assisting elderly community members, to donating their time to local animal shelters, our Associates are making a difference in their communities.

2024 Photo Contest
In an exciting new initiative, we wanted to give our Associates the chance to showcase the beauty and charm of the state they call home. Signature hosted our first Photo of the Year Contest in 2024. Over fifty submissions were received from Associates in states across the nation. From picturesque mountain views, to rolling waves along sandy beaches, to sunsets across the midwest, we’ve seen it all, thanks to you!
“This photo was taken along the stunning 17-mile drive near Seal Rock. Every time I look at it, I’m reminded of the special one-on-one time I spent with one of my best friends. As two busy working moms, we rarely get the chance to connect, and it was our first time exploring this beautiful area together. If you ever have the chance to drive along HWY 1, I highly recommend taking a detour to enjoy the breathtaking views.”
