LAND PROCUREMENT:
We regularly find land opportunities and acquisitions that are suitable for Early Childhood Centres.
DOCUMENTATION
Production of construction drawings and specifications, with coordination of all consultants.
RESOURCE CONSENT PLANS
Extensive knowledge of Resource Consent criteria and management of this process on our client’s behalf.
FEASIBILITY
An initial assessment to determine the suitability and potential of the site. This can include a bulk and location plan identifying key areas, and probable child numbers.
GUARANTEES
All facilities built by Signature Homes are covered by our industryleading Comprehensive Guarantee Programme.
TENDER
Tender your predesigned project to a Lump Sum Contract.

Paul joined the Signature Homes network in 2014, taking over the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Signature Homes Group. This mandate was to enhance the network’s commercial capabilities, drive rapid business growth, maintain a clear focus on being Aotearoa New Zealand’s premier branded home builder, and continue the group’s journey toward becoming a worldclass franchise system with strong, robust business partners nationwide.

Josh joined Signature Homes in 2024 with 28+ years in New Zealand’s construction industry. He spent 16 years in sales and leadership at a steel solutions provider, followed by 12 years in senior roles at a major building supplier, including GM – Sales. His expertise spans supply chain, logistics, H&S, and ESG reporting framework development.

Portia joined the Signature Homes team in March 2021, bringing 24 years of experience in relationship management, team leadership, and senior management roles within the leasing finance industry. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from individual operators to large corporations, DHBs, and government entities. Portia is committed to understanding clients’ needs and drivers, delivering tailored solutions, and building longterm, meaningful relationships.

Our Home Completion Guarantee provides 100% protection. In the unlikely scenario that our local Signature Homes franchise cannot complete your home, our Home Completion Guarantee will ensure your home is finished per the terms and conditions outlined in your Signature Homes Building Agreement.
GUARANTEED COMPLETION DATE
After pouring your concrete slab, we will provide you with a completion date. Having a set move-in date makes it easier for you to plan the sale of your current home or the final date of your rental agreement, arrange for moving trucks and the all-important housewarming celebration.
