SECURE MOBILE PAYMENTS Smartphones have become a big part of our everyday life and they offer infinite possibilities. We consume media, do bank errands, play games, communicate, and engage in many other activities. Seamless, a Swedish global mobile payments company, has capitalized on this phenomenon by applying their transaction switch technology to develop a mobile payment application called “Seqr” (pronounced ‘se-cure’) for consumers in 2012. Back then, Seqr was launched as a way to pay in physical stores, but quickly developed into a fully integrated payment platform for smartphones that works in pretty much all payment scenarios. Active on twelve markets, Seqr is headquartered in Stockholm Sweden, home of Betsson, Vera & John, Cherry and Expect and we sat down with Mr. Peter Boström, the company’s Director of Global Sales & Markets to discuss how Seqr plays its role within the iGaming industry. 0107
