The recently published NICE* guidelines throws the responsibility of maintaining good patient care relationships firmly on the shoulders of the carer. Sigcare is not just about service delivery, it’s also about how we make ourselves available to you on a daily basis. All our customers will have a dedicated and experienced Account Manager who will be the first and last point of contact. We’ll also help you with any basic training that you may need to get you up and running. We’ll also be available for regular service audits as necessary.

We plan a fully personalised delivery service based on the needs of the customer, ensuring that you are fully compliant with all legal and ethical guidelines issued by the regulating authorities.
The scope of our delivery service:
• FREE daily deliveries
• Medication is delivered in sealed bags or boxes
• Individualised units are written on the boxes to make the check-in easier
• Delivery notes checked/signed to make sure you have received the medication
• All interim or emergency prescriptions will be delivered same day* (*subject to stock availability).
• Monday - Friday deliveries
• FREE Residential Medication waste collection service

We endeavour to deliver 4 days before the start date, and acute medication within 24 hours of receipt of prescription. A dedicated account manager will be assigned to the care home, to give you peace of mind, with regular visits. We offer a range of solutions to help you achieve safer and more accurate medication administration rounds, and greater adherence to regulatory requirements. You can also have an optional web-based, medication recording and administration system for your service users.
