Dear Home Seller,
That's a great question! Most of the time sellers do not have the home inspected before selling. It really depends what you are going to do with that info. If you are going to make the repairs or adjust the price according to the report, then by all means get it done. However, if you do not intend to do those things, I don't see what the purpose to get it inspected would be. Remember, you are required to disclose all material known defects that may affect the value of the home that may not be readily apparent to the buyer.

Many of you know, I recently graduated from the Leadership Boca program with the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and it made a huge impact on me. I was so inspired to give back to the community that I have I decided step up to the challenge and support a very worthy cause, the Golden Bell Education Foundation, by participating in their Battle of the Bands fundraiser.
So I am learning to play the drums this summer and I will be performing
with my band 4 Chicks and a Dude on September 24th at the Battle of the Bands. More details on the performance coming soon!
The Golden Bell Education Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps fill the gaps in our public school system. They fund important literacy, career exploration and workforce development programs in K-12 Boca area schools.
Yes, this is a Battle of the Bands, but most importantly we are raising funds to support the public school system. I hope I can count on you to help me raise the most dollars. No donation is too small. Here’s the link to donate:

As we close in on nearly 50 Real Estate Finder Podcast episodes, I wonder how did we ever function without podcasting?? The Real Estate Finder Podcast is a huge real estate resource for me and I find myself going back to look up answers when I have questions that I know Matthew and I have discussed.
New agents AND experienced agents, I highly recommend listening to our podcast because we cover all sorts of topics that you will definitely find both interesting and entertaining, even when we weren’t trying to be funny or educational. Our experiences are extremely relatable and you might get insight into how to find your own solutions based on one of our episodes.
