On the morning of October 18, 2025 I was on Facebook* when all of a sudden I get this message on the screen. No reason. No Explanation. No Appeals. My Meta Verification was useless. 20 years of memories, gone. Groups, pages and communities I built, gone. Even if I could make a new account, some of those pages and groups where now without an admin to give control to another account. Countless hours of back and forth with support was useless.
Estate Broker

I tried to go to the press, but this was the only story I was able to build: themarkhortimes.com/opinion/boca-raton-entrepreneur-appeals-to-facebookto-restore-disabled/
It was draining having to explain what happened to people, No this was not Facebook jail. No I do not know what happened. No I can not appeal.
I made a podcast episode to talk about it since I could not communicate with friends and family. If you want to hear it check out Episode 133 of the Matthew Mania Podcast. www.realestatefinder.com/podcasts/.
I could only found solace in a reddit group called: www.reddit.com/r/facebookdisabledme/
I have been sullen and sad and missed my people. And the idea of creating a new account without my memories, photos, connections, groups, pages etc. was just not appealing.
The Jericho Cruise, a rock and wrestling themed cruise went on sale and I could not join the community celebrating the bookings and looking forward to the cruise a year later. The November 2, 2025 Boca Raton Championship Wrestling show, was approaching, and it was the first show in 2.5 years that did not sell out. Because I could not get the message to my people that the show was coming up. The photos came in and I did not know where to share them. Two events on November 5th I could not share what I was doing. One of them to support my friends charity Toy Drive at the monthly Red Meat Lovers Club Dinner**
And then on the evening of November 5, 2025 I came back to life. I am so happy I could cry. I do not know how i got back, it just appeared. I have been trying to write this message but it was so hard. I am so relieved.
So I warn you: If you have any groups or pages PLEASE make sure you have a trusted and un-related ADMIN so if this does happen to you, you can recover those pages.
I hope to see you soon, scroll to the end of this newsletter to see our November and December events. And check out the Ask the Broker article for more information about Mark Wahlberg’s 47.5 million dollar home purchase in Delray Beach, Florida. Episode 159 of the Real Estate Finder Podcast. www.realestatefinder.com/podcasts/.
* I was watching a compilation video of Stingray from Cobra Kai's Funniest Moments https://youtu.be/LNEkmUbqeOk and drafting a Facebook post about Stingray AKA Paul Walter Hauser appearing at the March 1, 2026 Boca Raton Championship Wrestling Birthday Bash. If you do not know Cobra Kai, you may know Paul Walter Hauser from the "Richard Jewel” movie or as, Mole Man in The Fantastic Four, or Mike Batlan in the Bruce Springsteen movie this summer, among many other amazing roles.compilation

Dear Matthew,
I keep seeing different numbers for Mark Wahlberg’s recent home purchase in Delray Beach — some reports say he paid $47.5 million, while others list $32.6
Dear Listing Agent
Actor, director, and former under wear model Mark Wahlberg is all over the local news after reports of him buying a 47.5 million dollar mansion in Delray Beach surfaced last month.
Mark Wahlberg paid $37 million for his new mansion in Delray Beach, Florida. While the official deed lists the price as $32.6 million, the discrepancy is likely due to furnishings and art included in the sale, with the final agreed-upon price being $37 million. https://snip.ly/MarkyMark
million. Why is there such a big difference? Which number is actually correct?
Yours Truly,

The home is in a community I am very familiar with, Stone Creek Ranch www.StoneCreekRanch.com (I was the head salesman of Stone Creek Ranch from 20102015).
His new home has 18,600-squarefeet of indoor living space with a total of 26,000 square feet including outdoor areas. The seven-bedroom, twelvebathroom home features a home theater, gym, 170,000-gallon saltwater lagoon pool, a glowing white agate wall in the breakfast area, a secret cigar lounge, a safe room, tennis court, wine cellar, wellness suite, and an oversized outdoor chess board.
While the recorded price of the home in records notes the sale price of the home as $32.6 million, the MLS shows it sold for $37 million, and the home was advertised as $47.5 million.
Why the discrepancy? Well since taxes are assessed based on the sale of the home, quite often when a home is sold fully furnished and decorated, the furniture, art, decorations and other personal property are excluded from the purchase price so the real estate taxes are limited to the actual real estate bought.
And if you have seen this home you would see that the price of the furniture art, decorations and other personal property are pretty significant.
The house he bought is simply magnificent. You can read more about the house and Stone Creek Ranch at https://snip.ly/MarkyMark
