Mortgage Loan Officers start their integration process with an action-packed 3-day virtual training where you’ll meet the people who will provide support for your change.
The New Hire Training includes sessions with our leaders, IT professionals, and marketing team, as well as extensive training on our proprietary loan origination system (LOS).
Our Retail Support professionals will be your concierge while you’re preparing for orientation. They’ll provide an agenda and share reminders of upcoming training opportunities. You’ll also receive a comprehensive New Hire guide to help you stay on track.
