Account Executives start their integration process with an action-packed 3-day virtual training where you’ll meet the numerous departments and people who will help support you and contribute to your success here at Sierra.
The New Hire Training includes sessions with our Leadership, Human Resources, and Marketing as well as extensive training on our proprietary LOS, ExpressLoan.
Our TPO Support Team will serve as your concierge during onboarding and will coordinate everything you need to prepare, even before your first day. As you get settled, they will transition into an “on call” resource to lean on whenever you need additional support.
