Amber Meadow Well is a community portrait project by Maria Maza which took place in Meadow Well in 2021. The project took Sirkka-Lisa Konttinen’s 1981 work, Interiors as a starting point. A community exhibition of the work was hosted in and around Meadow Well in shops, schools and community centres, after which a new and varied portrait of the community was created by Maria, shared now in this series of publications. This chapter focuses on Maria’s collaboration with Waterville Primary School’s year 4 class and their teacher. Chapter 5 of 6
