Implement programs that assist with student academic and career transition.

Conduct an intentional professional development plan.
Advance professional growth, leadership development, and mentoring opportunities for faculty, staff, and students.

EXPAND VISIBILITY AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Expand the visibility of College of Education expertise. Ensure marketing and advertising efforts highlight new programs; evidence-based research, teaching, and learning expertise; showcase conference presentations; and faculty/staff awards. Increase community engagement opportunities.
Focus on developing enhanced community engagement opportunities with partners, local industries and community groups.

PROMOTE RESEARCH EXCELLENCE
Encourage and lead interdisciplinary research collaborations highlighting important educational and societal issues.
Develop and implement a grant visibility plan that highlights research conducted by College of Education scholars. Explore avenues to enhance external access to faculty scholarship. Improve grant infrastructure and research efficacy, in response to increased internal and external funding within the College of Education.
