Existing campus refurbishment and upgradation

Location : Hyderabad, India

Scope : to reorganize the pedestrian circulation and introduce and enhace the soft mobility corridor with activities and amenities that runs throughout the campus

Hyderabad Campus is the largest Microsoft campus outside of the United States and the direction is to develop from the existing facilities on this 54-acre site a smart, energy efficient campus aligned to the Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusivity (D&I) and Digital Transformation (DT) goals of Microsoft.

Currently the campus is a collection of four separate office buildings, a standalone multi-level car park (MLCP), central kitchen and ancillary buildings placed within a landscaped environment with numerous notable geological features. It is the desire to create a Master Plan that roadmaps a connected and accessible campus and to appropriately locate future buildings with a holistic approach to the entire campus environment.
