car enthusiast since a young age, Alan Jones first got the bug around age 11 while helping his Uncle Jack with restoration on a 1930 Ford Model A Roadster, a sassy convertible with a rumble seat. The simple task of cleaning the brake drums and other mechanical parts of the brakes hooked him, and he dreamed of someday owning an antique car himself. But as a teenager in the late sixties, Alan’s head turned and he fell hard for the sleek Corvette Stingray. He bought his first one, a 1973 model, after graduating from the University of Florida and returning
