For the past few years I have been reading the Word of God more and more. I read somewhere that Billy and Ruth Graham read 5 Psalms everyday and that way you can read through the Psalms in a month. I thought that was a good plan so I started doing that. It has helped me to grow spiritually and I am discovering how powerful the Word of God is. It seems I have been on a spiritual journey all my life and my spiritual life ebbed and flowed according to the amount of time I wanted to invest in it’s growth. Jesus is so patient and merciful. I don’t write all this to brag but rather encourage anyone who is on a spiritual journey themselves and want more of God and more of Jesus. You want to experience more of Him and His power in your life. Reading the Word of God will do wonders for your life. According to Psalm 107:20 He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.

April is the month we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and maybe this April you have a desire to resurrect your spiritual journey; I encourage you to let the Word of God infuse you with the power of our Almighty God and Heavenly Father who cares for you and your quality of life on earth.
