Red Clover & Green Clay for Skin Care Skin eruptions, rash, eczema You Need: Red Clover Herb Pure Water Mason Jar Shifa’s Oneness Green Clay Small mixing bowl

 Pour 1 cup of pure boiling water onto 1-3 teaspoons of the dried Red Clover herb in a Mason Jar. Steep 15-20 minutes. I drink it 3 times a day.  In a small mixing bowl combine 1-2 teaspoons of Shifa’s Green Clay with equal parts of pure water or for best results use the Oneness Cleansing Toner.

I applied it to my affected area, legs, back and arms inside my elbows.
