Dancers will learn ballet movements which build to the graceful artistry associated with ballet. Dress is comfortable clothing with ballet shoes. Class is adaptable to various abilities. Adult Stylized Dance Ages 15+

Participants will learn two dances based on musical theatre or music videos. Class will include warm-up, learning choreography, and developing performance attitude. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and shoes they can dance in. Instructor, Avery Sipla brings years of theater performance experience to this class. Ballerobica Express Ages 16+

Join Ballerobica, a great cross training class for athletes across all genres - whether dance or sports. Become a stronger, and get a great workout from a trained dancer. New to dance fitness or a veteran, this class concept applies the principles of ballet to tone and sculpt your body, increasing agility and stamina. Vary your workout and blend in some of this good stuff. new Fusion Belly Dance Ages 16+

This workout is fun, and social! Have a great time learning a new skill, while building endurance, strength, flexibility, and fluidity. This style of belly dancing was created for anyone at any level of experience who enjoys dance in a non-competitive setting. Movements are inspired by folkloric dances of the Middle East, North Africa, Spain, and India. What to wear: Yoga attire, and shoes you can dance in. A hip scarf is encouraged. NIA cardiodance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes: body, mind, emotion, and spirit. NIA is practiced barefoot, is nonimpact, and can be adaptable to individual needs and abilities.
