Junior Kids Jiu-Jitsu Ages 3-6

Your child can start Jiu-Jitsu as early as 3 years old! They will develop anti-bully skills, important social skills, learn to listen and focus, gain selfconfidence, discipline and body coordination. If your child is shy and this is the first time your child will be in a group setting, please stay with them to watch an entire class first. This will give your child an opportunity to become familiar and relaxed with their new surroundings and very likely to participate the next time they come in. The Fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed to teach the overall self-defense strategy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as ground techniques in a simple and structured manner so that ANYONE can participate, learn, experience and see the results! This will include self-defense, ground work, wrestling takedowns and Judo throws. During this time, you will gradually build up your endurance, flexibility, core strength, hip movement, selfconfidence and most importantly, your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills! Furthermore, we teach positive social values such as respect, honesty, humility and dignity.
