Shelton State Community College offers competitive scholarships to qualified students who are residents of the state of Alabama. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee a scholarship award.

Athletic scholarships in baseball, cheerleading, men’s and women’s basketball, softball, golf, cross country, esports, and bass fishing are awarded based on tryouts or demonstrated ability to perform at the intercollegiate level.
