31 trained mentors committed to walk alongside hired participants for one year.
52 participants were hired into full-time employment with housing benefits, 83 total impacted with dependents.
226 individuals took career-advancing training.
252 career learning pathways were completed for maintenance, groundskeeping, leasing, concierge, and housekeeping.
The average reported wage for S2S participants prior to our program was $7.45, while the average wage for S2S participants hired through our program in 2022 was $18.07 (an increase of 142%).
