Shane Paladin is a seasoned global executive whose career spans startups, mid-cap firms, and Fortune 500 enterprises He has lived and worked across North America, Europe, and Asia, consistently leading high-performing organizations through transformation, scale, and value creation With each chapter, Shane brings a pragmatic operator’s lens to growth strategy, customer success, and global execution

With more than two decades of leadership experience, Shane has held multiple C-suite roles, advised boards, and served as a growth strategist. Board Member & Advisor

Shane advises private equity firms on go-to-market (GTM) strategy design and execution for both current portfolio companies and potential investments He also served on the board of Board International for three years, guiding the evolution of the company’s business model and the continued development of its executive leadership team

Chief Customer and Revenue Officer (CRO) for Equinix

Shane currently leads Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Revenue Operations for Equinix, a $XB Fortune 500 company

Chief Executive Officer – Siteimprove

Prior to Equinix, Shane served as CEO of Siteimprove, a Nordic Capital-backed martech SaaS company with operations in Copenhagen, London, and Seattle Over nearly four years, he led a multi-year global transformation shifting the company from flat growth and financial underperformance to sustainable profitability and market expansion

Under his leadership, Siteimprove exited legacy cost structures, modernized its product and technology foundation, and redefined its GTM approach. He repositioned the business from a saturated SMB accessibility segment to the $5B+ marketing performance category, resulting in 121% YoY ARR growth for that product suite. Shane also executed strategic M&A to close product gaps, expanded into Paid Media, and improved customer metrics across the board raising the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to a record +56.

He built out key functions including Revenue Operations, Security, DevOps, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Development while rightsizing and restructuring the organization to deliver consistent EBITDAC profitability, enabling reinvestment into growth

Shane also led the migration of all customer applications from in-house infrastructure to AWS, launched modernization of legacy platforms, and transitioned new development to a cloudnative architecture.

President of Services – SAP SE

Prior to Siteimprove, Shane was President of Services for SAP SE, overseeing a global team of 19,000 and €5B+ in revenue Based in London and Seattle, he led the transition from traditional consulting to digital and cloud-delivered services He delivered consistent double-digit growth, integrated eight legacy businesses, launched new digital offerings, and rapidly pivoted to remote delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic completing over 4,000 customer engagements in just two weeks with a 100% success rate

As Global Head of Services Sales, Shane drove year-over-year growth, consolidated SAP’s education business into core services, and implemented a high-leverage GTM model that exceeded topline and contribution targets while cutting sales headcount by 50% (~400 sellers).

Earlier, Shane held key leadership roles in SAP Greater China As Managing Director of Hong Kong and Macau, and later as COO of the region, he led a major turnaround that restored profitability and market credibility He rebuilt the local GTM engine, delivered 127% YoY revenue growth, and launched a WeChat-based demand-gen platform that created €140M in the pipeline in its first six months earning top regional leadership awards

Executive Roles in High-Growth Startups

Shane was Chief Revenue Officer at Ayasdi, a machine learning company in Menlo Park, California. He grew gross ACV bookings 4.8x in one year and secured the company’s first sevenfigure enterprise deals.

At SignalFx (later acquired by Splunk), he was VP and GM of Worldwide Field Operations, taking the product from beta to general availability, closing 48 enterprise logos in six months, and helping drive strategic growth ahead of the acquisition

Early Career – Founding Executive at FocusFrame Military Service

Shane began his technology career at FocusFrame, where he led global GTM and service delivery He built the company to $34M in revenue across North America, Europe, and Latin America, forming strategic alliances with SAP, Oracle, and Siebel to integrate FocusFrame solutions into their enterprise testing ecosystems

Shane served in the U.S. Army with the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, where he developed his leadership foundation through front-line responsibility and team command. This
