JOSIP BROZ, «TITO» (Kumrovec, Croàcia, 1892 - Ljubljana, Eslovènia, 1980) Tito, líder iugoslau. Fundador de la República Democràtica Federal Socialista de Iugoslàvia (1945). Integrada per les repúbliques socialistes de Sèrbia, Eslovènia, Croàcia, Macedònia, Montenegro, Bòsnia i Hercegovina i dues províncies autònomes dins de Sèrbia: Kosovo i Voivodina. Impulsor del reconeixement com a poble constitutiu dels bosnians musulmans o bosníacs el 1968, amb l’objectiu de mantenir els difícils equilibris interns de la Federació. Deu anys després de la seva mort i del col·lapse del comunisme a tota Europa, Iugoslàvia va desaparèixer. Tito was the Yugoslav leader who founded the Social Democratic Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1945. Yugoslavia was made up of the socialist republics of Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and of two autonomous provinces within Serbia: Kosovo and Vojvodina. He was the driving force behind the recognition of Bosnian Muslims also called Bosniaks as a constituent nation in 1968 with the aim of keeping the difficult internal balance of the Federation. Yugoslavia disappeared ten years after Tito's death and after communism collapsed in all Europe.. Tito, jugoslovenski lider. Osnivač Socijaldemokratske Savezne Republike Jugoslavije (1945). Izazivajući priznanje kao konstitutivan narod bosanskih muslimana ili Bosanaca 1968, s ciljem održavanja teških unutarnjih ravnoteža Federacije. Deset godina nakon njegove smrti i propasti komunizma u čitavoj Jugoslavijskoj Evropi je nestao.

BOSNÍACS i BOSNIANS Els bosníacs són eslaus del sud o balcànics que viuen principalment a Bòsnia i Hercegovina, i a la regió històrica de Bòsnia, així com a la regió Sandžak de Sèrbia i Montenegro, amb una petita població també present a Kosovo. Convertits a l’islam durant el període otomà. Els bosnians són qualsevol persona que tingui la ciutadania de Bòsnia i Hercegovina. Els grups ètnics que els conformen són bosníacs, serbobosnians i croatbosnians, juntament amb altres minories com són jueus, gitanos, albanesos i montenegrins. BOSNIAKS AND BOSNIANS Bosniaks are the southern Slavic or Balkan people converted to Islam during the Ottoman period. They mainly live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the old Bosnian region, as well as in the Sandžak region of Serbia and Montenegro. There is also a small population present in Kosovo. Bosnians are all those holding Bosnian and Herzegovinian citizenship. The Bosnians are made up of the following ethnic groups: the Bosniaks, the Bosnian Serbs and Bosnian Croats, together with other minorities: Jews, Roma, Albanians and Montenegrins. BOŠNJACI I BOSANCI Bosanci su južnoslovenski ili balkanski narod koji živi prvenstveno Bosni i Hercegovini, te u historijskom području Bosne, kao i Sandžačkom kraju Srbije i Crne Gore, s malom populacijom prisutnom i na Kosovu. Pretvoren u islam tokom osmanskog perioda. Bosanci su svi koji imaju državljanstvo Bosne i Hercegovine. Etničke grupe koje to čine; Bosanski, srpskohrvatski i hrvatskobošnjani zajedno sa drugim manjinama; Jevreji, Cigani, Albanci i Crnogorci.

LA GUERRA S’HA ACABAT Sarajevo es troba en plena metamorfosi accelerada, desbocada en ple segle xxi. Les cases «kuća» són substituïdes per grans centres comercials, l’espai que separa els edificis de l’època iugoslava són assaltats per l’espai neoliberal esborrant les petjades nostàlgiques del passat gloriós i tràgic bosnià. Marākā és un trajecte documental de més d’una dècada, des dels barris cap al centre de la capital, de Sarajevo cap a la Bòsnia rural, de persones que caminen i no corren, de bosníacs o bosnians. Benvinguts a Bòsnia, la guerra s’ha acabat. THE WAR IS OVER Sarajevo is going through an accelerated and unbridled metamorphose in this 21st century. Houses kuća are being replaced by huge shopping centres. The space separating the old Yugoslavian buildings is being occupied by neoliberalism, erasing the nostalgic traces of the glorious and tragic Bosnian past. Maraka is a documented journey made in more than a decade, going from the old areas to the very heart of the capital, from Sarajevo to the rural Bosnia, made of people who walk rather than rushing, of Bosniaks and Bosnians. Welcome to Bosnia, the war is over. RAT JE ZAVRŠEN Sarajevo je u punom jeku, bijeg u 21. vijeku. Kuće "Kuća" zamjenjuju veliki centri Komercijalni, prostor koji odvaja zgrade od jugoslavenske ere, napadnut je neoliberalnim prostorom brisanjem nostalgičnih tragova bosanske slavne i tragične prošlosti. Bosna, to je putovanje duže od jedne decenije; iz četvrti do centra glavnog grada, od Sarajeva do nepomične seoske Bosne, ljudi koji hodaju i ne trče, Bošnjaka ili Bosanaca. Dobrodošli u Bosnu, rat je završen.
