"Growing up, I saw how important it was for people to have spaces where they could come together, work, and build relationships. This insight has been a guiding principle in my approach to real estate development."

What makes AVA Group special is how they think about development. Arutyunyan explains:

"At AVA, we don't just build houses; we make homes and communities. We want to make life better for everyone who lives in our developments."

This way of thinking has helped AVA Group grow and take on new challenges. For example, they're working on improving city life by creating parks and squares. In Anapa, they finished a project called Christmas Park, which has become a popular spot for people to visit.

Besides being good at business, Vagan Arutyunyan is known for helping others and caring about community well-being. One of his biggest charity projects is building the Surb Hovhannes Mkrtich (St. John the Baptist) church in Maykop, which means a lot to him. This new church will be able to hold 250 people and is expected to be finished in 2026. Arutyunyan says:

"Faith teaches us all to be humane. God gave us opportunities, so I'm glad to support this temple's construction. For me, this is a deeply personal story."
