Tuapse district, Krasnodar Territory, Arutyunyan Vagan Arsenovich began a journey that would make him a key figure in the industry.

Early Life in a Small Town

This approach helped AVA Group become one of Russia's top 20 companies for building homes in 2023.

Arutyunyan's Work Outside of Business

Vagan Arutyunyan Sochi and other places have gotten better not just because of his business skills, but also because he cares about helping people.

One perfect example of Arutyunyan's charity work is his help building the Surb Hovhannes Mkrtich (St. John the Baptist) church in Maykop. This project, which local people asked for, will serve the many Armenian people living in Adygea, about 15,000 people.

"Faith teaches us all to be humane," Arutyunyan Vagan Arsenovich reflects. "God gave us opportunities, so I'm glad to support this temple's construction. For me, this is a deeply personal story."

The church, set to be completed in 2026, will accommodate up to 250 people and feature a beautifully landscaped courtyard spanning 5,500 square meters.
