"Methods") was selected. The main isolated component contains 17208 vertices (118453 edges) correspondingly. The most of such brunches are single points, so this procedure significantly decreases amount of vertices (13808) without significant change of edges number (115053). The graph is relatively dense; and vertices strength distribution is shown in Fig. 2.
