Started in 2009 by William Senné, Senné has grown to become one of the finest real estate advisory firms, with offices in greater Boston, New York and DC.

RealScout can help you see accurate data on buyers in various price points, what neighborhoods are most desired and market information on your home and comparable properties. You can communicate directly with your agent on properties you are interested in touring or receive market reports on your current home.

7 Steps
to
Sell with Senné
1. Identify your trusted real estate advisor and get all the information on your home's current market value, sign paperwork, determine a list price and list date with your agent.
2. Schedule any preparation services needed, staging if necessary, your photography and any pre-sale activities.

3. Launch the property to the market - your agent will hold an open house and coordinate showings with potential buyers.
4. Offer review - Your agent will go over any offers received with you, the timing to close and any contingencies or details relevant to the offer.
5. Offer accepted - once the offer has been accepted and signed by both parties your buyers will schedule a home inspection with their agent (if applicable) and your agent will work with you and any attorneys involved to get a purchase and sale agreement signed
6. Once the P&S is signed you can begin to pack up your home, your agent will keep you informed of your closing date, any contingencies that need to be addressed before closing and any other outstanding tasks that come up.
7. Closing table - You will sign the paperwork and pay any closing costs, your buyers will have a final walkthrough of the home to make sure everything is how it was agreed upon and your agent will keep you informed of when you are on record with the registry of deeds and make sure any money is correctly distributed.
