Our team has collective experience developing and constructing more than $800 million worth of real estate investments in the Greater Boston area and select markets nationwide. The Construction and Development team at Senné holds numerous professional designations, including those in architecture and environmental management, allowing us to offer clients a range of services, from project management and consulting to entitlements and environmental remediation.

Our team of property managers leverages our diverse network of real estate experts in disciplines that include accounting, strategic leasing, development and construction, and capital solutions, among others. Association Management Services

The Association Management team at Senné handles on-site and off-site full-service management for condominium and cooperative association clients ranging from two to 300+ units. Our team works in lockstep with our in-house accounting and maintenance teams to handle all day-today operations. Services include onsite visits and inspections, management reports, budget comparisons, and bid comparisons for services such as insurance, waste management contracts, and landscaping. Whether a Board faces the challenge of coordinating and overseeing capital improvements or large-scale projects, improving communication with the association residents, enforcement of bylaws, budgeting and budget projections, collections, or much more, our team of experts creates customized solutions suited to your unique needs.

Investment Management Services

The Investment Management team at Senné handles all property management services for our third-party investor and portfolio clients. Working closely with our in-house accounting team, leasing team, and maintenance team, the Investment Management team works tirelessly to maintain positive working relationships with all tenants and residents while enforcing owner directives. Our primary goal is to ensure properties are operating at peak performance while maximizing returns for our clients. From leasing services, rent collection, tenant communications, routine maintenance and repairs, to complete building system upgrades and capital improvements, our team of professionals can efficiently and effectively handle anything in your portfolio of properties.

On-Call Maintenance Services

The Maintenance team at Senné is here to help with any task, from emergency repairs to longterm maintenance and capital improvements. We offer 24/7 on-call availability, emergency response availability, along with routine and oneoff maintenance and repair services for our clients. From landscaping and outdoor maintenance, to cleaning, indoor renovations, and specialty services, we will work with you to provide only the services you need, when you need them.

Experienced Property Management Leadership

William Senné Chief Executive Officer

William Senné is an accomplished real estate executive who has led Senné from its founding in 2009 to the present day. Under his expert leadership, Senné has become one of the most dynamic vertically integrated advisory and investment firms in Greater Boston, focusing on developing long-term client relationships. As a practitioner, William represents a broad range of domestic and foreign clients with services ranging from traditional brokerage to complex commercial financing and investment and development consulting. William works with select clients but primarily engages in real estate acquisitions, development, financing, business leadership, and growth activities.

Gregory Spencer Chief Accounting Officer

Gregory Spencer serves as Chief Accounting Officer at Senné, where his duties involve leading and supervising all accounting and reporting activities. He ensures the efficient handling of the firm’s accounting processes, budgeting, compliance, preparation for audits, financial statement issuance, and maintaining internal controls. Gregory leads a strong team of accounting professionals who support the daily operations of all service lines. Gregory has more than 25 years of accounting experience and spent the last 20 years working in various controllership roles at Intercontinental Real Estate Corp, where he oversaw a real estate portfolio of $14B of assets under management.

Kerry Patterson Executive Director, Property Management

Kerry Patterson, Executive Director of Property Management, leads the Management team at Senné. With over 20 years of experience, Kerry has the expertise and customer relations skills to efficiently oversee the unique challenges of managing condominium associations and working with owners. Kerry received his B.S. in Business Management at the University of North Texas and has professional certifications, including CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist). He is an active member of the Community Associations Institute and several professional groups within the Greater Boston area.

Experienced Property Management Leadership

David Grosvenor

Director, New York City Property Management

David Grosvenor spearheaded Senné’s expansion into the New York City property management market. David is responsible for acquiring and managing clients in New York City, maintaining the overall financial performance of our clients’ properties, managing facilities, and overseeing capital investment projects and repair work. He spends his days working directly with vendors, clients, and association members to serve as their problem solver. Prior to expanding our services to New York, David worked as a property manager at Senné for our Greater Boston clients. David came to Senné with years of experience in property management and a degree from the College of Charleston in historical preservation and community planning.

Benjamin Smith

Director, Investment Property Management

Benjamin Smith is a Director on the Property Management team at Senné, specializing in managing residential multifamily and mixed-use investment properties. He is the lead manager for all private and institutional investor clients with primarily residential income properties in their portfolios. Benjamin is an industry veteran with over a decade of experience, having formerly worked with some of the region’s most established leasing and management firms.

Jose Orellana Director, Maintenance Services

Jose Orellana is the Director of Maintenance on the Property Management team at Senné, working closely with the Executive Director to ensure the general appearance and overall function of Senné-owned and managed properties. He identifies requirements, particularly on large-scale capital improvement projects, through a prioritized work plan and directs necessary actions. He is the primary point of contact for all incoming maintenance requests, delegating necessary tasks among his team to deliver on the department’s overall strategic vision and Senné’s promise of quality customer service.
