Nearly half of adults in the United States have high blood pressure, but only 1 in 4 adults have their condition under control. Your race and biological sex can play a role with your blood pressure control.*
Did you know? In Pennsylvania, Hypertension impacts about 20-40% of adult residents.
A few facts about Blood Pressure Control:
• Men tend to have higher or uncontrolled blood pressure.*
• High blood pressure is more common in non-Hispanic black adults than in Hispanic, nonHispanic white or Asian adults.*
• Blood pressure control is highest among non-Hispanic white adults than in nonHispanic black, non-Hispanic, Asian, or Hispanic adults.*
Some people use folk medicine to help improve their health. However, in folk medicine traditions, references to “High Blood” and “Low Blood” are NOT
the same thing as High Blood Pressure. In folk medicine, “High Blood” conditions are treated with eating lots of salt. This is just the opposite of what should be done to treat High Blood Pressure. Have an honest discussion so that your doctor can develop a plan that works best for you and your beliefs. Be sure to tell your doctor about any herbs and supplements you use. Add these to your medication list.

Did you know that not all Contractors are the same? Yes, it’s true. Some Contractors only receive a $50 license from the state of PA and minimal liability insurance to become deemed a licensed contractor.
While other, more reliable contractors receive manufacturer certifications, multi-million dollar insurance, and extensive training in their respective trades.
finances, customer complaints, or a slew of other reasons. There is such a low barrier to entry, just about anybody these days can call himself a contractor! You should call a company with 5-star reviews, hundreds of satisfied clients, and certification to install all the products going on your home.
The bad news is there are only a few reputable companies who truly meet these standards. The good news? You don’t have to search far.
A trustworthy contractor will be transparent about their credentials, gladly show proof of certifications, and take time to understand your goals.
Do you have an old roof? Maybe siding that you’d like to bring into the 21st century? Or an outdoor space in need of a major makeover? (Think deck, pergola, roof.) Perhaps a tub/shower that’s difficult to get into — if so, you should call a reliable contractor who is manufacturer certified in these trades.
Why? The answer is simple. You see, 80% of contractors go out of business in the first five years. Often due to malpractice, bad
A trustworthy contractor will be transparent about their credentials, gladly show proof of certifications, and take time to understand your goals. Don’t settle for shortcuts — your home is too important. Do your homework, ask questions, and choose a contractor who brings professionalism, expertise, and peace of mind to every project.

LET US BE YOUR GUIDE
412.435.8950 | SrCare.org/Dementia360
For older adults and their families alike, a dementia diagnosis is a lifechanging event.
Understanding how to help a family member to thrive while navigating care options can feel overwhelming. The GUIDE program has been instrumental in providing resources to help older adults live their best lives after a dementia diagnosis.
GUIDE is a voluntary, nationwide Medicare initiative designed to improve the quality of life for those living with dementia, using care coordination and management, caregiver education, support and respite services, including:
• In-Community Wellness Coordinator Support
• 24/7 Care Management & Call Support Line
• Access to training and educational tools
• Personalized Care Plan
• Up to $2,500 per year for inhome respite care at no cost (eligible for those with moderate to severe dementia)
• Specialist Referral & Care Coordination
• Companionship Care Liaison Between Providers, Community & Caregivers
• In-Community Wellness Coordinator Support
• Ongoing Monitoring & Support
• Referral and Coordination of Services and Support
• Medication Management & Reconciliation
Giving family caregivers peace of mind as well as the resources to help their older loved one after a dementia diagnosis, the GUIDE program has been changing lives.
The program’s goal is to help people with dementia remain safely in their homes for longer through funded respite care and provide needed support for family caregivers. Finding the right home care company can help you learn the nuances of the GUIDE program, review program qualifications, and understand how it can help your loved one receive support tailored to their unique needs.

Pennie is Pennsylvania’s state-run health insurance marketplace. It helps people find and sign up for affordable healthcare coverage.
Launched in 2021, Pennie offers a variety of plans from different providers, making it easier for individuals and families to compare options and choose the right one.
One of Pennie’s biggest benefits is that it makes health insurance more affordable. It lets people easily compare plans and prices all in one place. Pennie also offers financial help, like tax credits and cost-sharing reductions, which can lower monthly
payments and reduce out-of-pocket costs for those who qualify.
Pennie also makes it easy to understand what you’re getting. When shopping for plans, you can see details like monthly premiums, deductibles, and coverage options side by side. This clear comparison helps you pick a plan that fits your needs and budget.
Besides offering health plans, Pennie provides support to make signing up easier. It offers online tools, educational materials, and a customer service team to answer

Having just completed another Annual Enrollment Period, reviewing coverage options and costs, I thought it appropriate to learn some interesting facts about Medicare.
Since President Lyndon B. Johnson signed Medicare into law on July 3️0, 1965, millions of Americans have relied on it for medical care.
plan, like an HMO or PPO, as an alternative to original Medicare.
Part A and Part B, called original Medicare, were included in the 1965 law. In 1997, Congress created Part C, now Medicare Advantage, the private insurance alternative. In 2003️, lawmakers added Part D, covering prescriptions.
Today, more than 67.4 million Americans are enrolled—over 60 million are 65+ and 7 million are younger people with disabilities. President and First Lady Truman were the first Medicare beneficiaries.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has 10 regional offices, serving approximately 125 million people with Medicaid and Medicare coverage.
Medicare helped desegregate hospitals after the Civil Rights Act. To receive federal funding, hospitals had to comply and desegregate.
51 million people are enrolled in Medicare Part B, which helps pay for physician, hospital, outpatient, some home health, and preventive services.
Last year, over 16 million people chose a private Medicare Advantage
Currently, 41 million Medicare beneficiaries have prescription drug coverage through a Medicare health plan or stand-alone prescription drug plan.
Some items and services Medicare doesn’t cover include:
• Eye exams (for prescription eyeglasses)
• Long-term care
• Cosmetic surgery
• Massage therapy
• Hearing aids and exams for fitting them
As we approach the 60th anniversary of the Medicare and Medicaid Act, keep in mind that if you need assistance with your Medicare decisions, a licensed advisor can help. They’ll learn about your health goals and budget, present options, and help you enroll. Crystal Manning has over 3️5 years of experience assisting clients.

First, Medicare includes Part A (hospital) and Part B (medical), is provided by the government. Part A covers hospital stays, skilled nursing facility care, hospice, and some home health care. Part B covers outpatient care, doctor visits, preventive services, and medical supplies. Medicare doesn’t cover everything, which means your cost may be higher on certain services.
To provide additional coverage, many individuals opt to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan (Part C) or Medicare prescription drug plan (Part D) to supplement their benefits. Medicare Advantage plans are offered by private insurers, these plans bundle Parts A and B and often include prescription drug coverage (Part D) and additional benefits, such as dental, vision, and hearing.
Medicare Advantage plans vary in their networks of doctors, hospitals, and prescription drug coverage. So, it is essential to carefully compare them to ensure they cover the doctors and prescriptions you need.

It’s important to consider your health status, the prescription medications you take, any chronic conditions you may have, even the gyms you go to. This will help you determine the plan and level of coverage you require.
It’s important to consider your budget when selecting a Medicare plan. Take into account monthly premiums, deductibles, and copayments each plan may have.
For those just about to start Medicare you have a limited window of opportunity to choose a plan. Deadlines can apply when you turn 65 or when you choose to retire.
For those already on Medicare, health plans can change from year to year, including coverage, costs, and provider networks. So, taking time to review your options is important. The Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 to December 7) is your opportunity to reassess your Medicare coverage to ensure it still

meets your needs.
Finally, many find navigating this complex world of Medicare overwhelming. If this is you, then you are not alone. The solution is having a knowledgeable, licensed insurance agent by your side to ensure you’re making the best choice for your healthcare needs.

Why Work with an Insurance
While Pennie is a great resource, working with an insurance broker can make the process even simpler. Brokers are licensed experts who help people find the right health plans for their unique needs.
One big advantage of using a broker is their knowledge of health insurance. They can explain tricky details, like which doctors are in-network or how prescription coverage works. They also help you understand costs, so you know what you’ll pay.
Brokers can also handle some of the hard work for you. They help fill out forms, submit documents, and solve any issues that come up. Their

What if picking up prescriptions felt less like an errand and more like catching up with a trusted friend?
That’s exactly the experience Blueberry Pharmacy is creating for patients in the Pittsburgh area — and it’s changing the way people think about pharmacy care.
In a world where healthcare feels rushed and impersonal, Blueberry Pharmacy stands out by bringing warmth, transparency, and genuine connection back into the equation. This isn’t your average corner drugstore. From the moment you call and speak to a real person, you’ll notice the difference. The pharmacists take time to answer questions, flag concerns, and ensure prescriptions are both affordable and safe. Their “cost-plus” pricing model offers fair, transparent medication costs without confusing markups found at chain pharmacies. But the real value goes beyond price. Blueberry’s pharmacists act as advocates, monitoring for drug
interactions, duplications, and dosing issues — especially important for seniors managing multiple prescriptions.
When problems arise, Blueberry steps in. Instead of passing the problem along, the pharmacy team contacts physicians directly to resolve questions and ensure patients receive the right treatment without delay. Whether you’re a caregiver or managing your own medications, Blueberry Pharmacy offers an experience rooted in compassion, trust, and genuine care. They believe pharmacy care should be personal, affordable, and stress-free — and have built their practice on that mission.
Stop by, give them a call, or explore their services online to discover how pharmacy care can be refreshingly different when people come first.

The search for the right primary care doctor can feel overwhelming. Many patients express frustration with long wait times, short visits, and difficulty accessing their physician when they need them most. In today’s fast-paced healthcare environment, finding a doctor who prioritizes patient care is more important than ever.
One emerging alternative is Direct Primary Care (DPC), a model that shifts the focus back to the patient by eliminating insurance hassles. Instead of dealing with copays and billing, patients pay a flat monthly fee for direct access to their doctor, longer appointment times, and a more personalized healthcare experience.
Availability and Access
How long will it take to get your first appointment? Some traditional practices have months-long waits. In contrast, DPC providers typically offer initial visits within a week, ensuring you receive care when you need it.
Office Experience
Time spent in the waiting room can be a major frustration. In conventional practices, patients may wait an hour or more before seeing the doctor. DPC practices prioritize efficiency, often reducing wait times to just minutes.
Time With Your Doctor
Short, rushed appointments can leave patients feeling unheard. In many traditional offices, physicians
are booked in 15- to 20-minute intervals, limiting discussion time. DPC physicians often schedule longer visits—sometimes up to an hour— allowing for in-depth conversations, thorough exams, and more thoughtful treatment plans.
Reaching your doctor can be a challenge. Many patients endure long hold times or leave messages that go unanswered. In the DPC model, direct communication is key. Patients often have access via phone, email, or text for prompt, personalized care.
Medical concerns don’t always arise during business hours. Traditional practices may not offer same-day visits, pushing patients toward urgent care or ERs. DPC providers aim to accommodate same- or next-day appointments, reducing unnecessary trips and ensuring continuity of care. Choosing a primary care doctor is personal. Look for a physician who is experienced, accessible, compassionate, and committed to your well-being. Asking the right questions—and exploring models like DPC—can lead to a more satisfying healthcare experience.

When a loved one passes away, their assets don’t automatically go to their beneficiaries.
Instead, they often go through probate—the legal process that settles a person’s estate. But here’s the catch: probate benefits creditors and the state first, not your family. If you want to ensure your loved ones receive their inheritance without delays, court fees, or unnecessary taxes, avoiding probate is key.
What
Probate is a state-managed process that determines how a deceased person’s assets are distributed. Most people assume it’s about making sure beneficiaries get their inheritance, but in reality, probate prioritizes:
Creditors – Any outstanding debts must be paid before the family receives anything.
The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue – The state collects inheritance tax before funds are distributed.
The Court System – Probate takes time, and courts often require attorney involvement, adding more costs.
Only after these obligations are met do beneficiaries receive what remains. Unfortunately, this process can take months or even years, leaving families in financial limbo.
By avoiding probate, you can:
• Speed up the inheritance process –Beneficiaries receive assets faster.
• Reduce legal fees & court costs – Probate can be expensive and time-consuming.
• Minimize stress for your loved ones – No court battles or paperwork nightmares.
The good news? You can take steps now to avoid probate altogether. Here’s how:
1 Create a Revocable Living Trust – Assets in a trust bypass probate and go directly to your beneficiaries.
2 Name Beneficiaries on Financial Accounts – Payable-on-Death (POD) and Transfer-on-Death (TOD) designations let accounts transfer automatically.
3️ Own Property Jointly – In Pennsylvania, joint tenancy with right of survivorship keeps real estate out of probate.
Probate can be a long, expensive, and frustrating process for families already dealing with loss. The best way to protect your loved ones from unnecessary stress is to plan ahead.

Fear and greed are hard to overcome. Why do we let these emotions control our decision-making process when it comes to our financial well-being? Do we fear that when there is a market correction it is a sign of impending global doom?
As a part of our emotional makeup, we have a tendency to linearly extrapolate. When things are going bad, they will only get worse, and when things are going well, they will only get better. We know that our past experiences tell us neither scenario is true, but we continue to fall into the same trap time and time again.
At some point we have to come to the realization that market movements are part of the investment process, and the only way to prosper longterm is to eliminate the emotions that will make us buy high and sell low. The way to control emotions is to have a disciplined approach. Discipline puts us in control, not our emotions.
Controlling our emotions helps us in all facets of life, and is a key element in understanding the “Psychology of Investing.” Investment decisions are similar to decisions regarding friends and family. Don’t try to resolve an issue when emotional, BE DISCIPLINED.
The Psychology of Investing is nothing more than an understanding of the emotions that influence our decisions. Buying high and selling low
is not the inverse of buying low and selling high, but is an actualization of our emotions. Be disciplined in your decision making. Use fact and reason to the best of your ability and endeavor to understand, and by understanding, control your emotions.
The Psychology of Investing is the first chapter in a book titled “The Ten Commandments of Investing,” a book that offers a unique perspective on investing by Al Weber, Senior Vice

The cost of long-term care continues to rise, and many families face the difficult reality that a loved one may need it someday. The sooner you start planning, the more options you’ll have.
A Medicaid Asset Protection Trust is an irrevocable trust that removes assets - MAPT is an irrev trust that shields assets for Medicaid purposes. By transferring assets into the trust at least five years before applying for Medicaid, individuals can protect their assets while still qualifying for benefits. Another option is a spenddown strategy, which involves using excess assets in ways that benefit the Medicaid applicant while helping them qualify.
While advance planning is ideal, many families find themselves needing immediate help when a loved one is already in skilled care, facing monthly costs of $12,000 to $15,000. This is where Crisis Planning becomes critical. Crisis Planning involves quickly protecting assets and finances to help an individual qualify for Medicaid while preserving as much wealth as possible. With the right strategies, married couples can protect 100% of their assets, while single individuals can typically protect around 50%.
Why Work With an Elder Law Attorney? Unfortunately, long-term care expenses can quickly drain a family’s life savings. Private health insurance doesn’t cover
long-term skilled nursing care, and while long-term care insurance is an option, it’s often costly and limited. That leaves Medicaid as the primary solution for many seniors—but qualifying can be complicated.
Many assume they won’t need nursing home care, but about 70% of people who reach age 65 will require some form of long-term care. Roughly 1.3️ million Americans aged 65+ live in nursing homes, and around 40% of today’s seniors will require a nursing home stay. Women, who live longer on average, are more likely to need care.
Whether you’re planning ahead or responding to a crisis, an elder law attorney can help you:
• Understand Medicaid eligibility
• Proactively protect assets with a Medicaid Asset protection trust (or MAPT if used earlier in paragraphs)
• Navigate the application process
• Protect remaining assets if currently in skilled care.
Planning early is best—but it’s never too late to act.

Seniors are particularly vulnerable to the increasing number of scams circulating today.
Why? One major factor is that many seniors are not as comfortable with modern technology as younger generations, who have embraced cell phones, texting, websites, and emails. These advancements may still feel foreign to older individuals, making it easier for scammers to take advantage of them. Additionally, many seniors grew up in a more trusting time, when front doors were rarely locked, making them more susceptible to deceptive schemes. To protect themselves, seniors must be actively educated on different scams and learn to identify red flags in suspicious communications.
Phone scams are among the most common, arriving via live calls or suspicious texts. Scammers often use phone number cloning, making their calls appear to come from a trusted or local source. Their goal is to request money or obtain private information that can be exploited later. For example, some fraudsters pose as IRS agents, claiming the recipient must provide personal information to receive an Economic Stimulus check. Another rising scheme involves fraudulent Turnpike toll collection calls. To prevent loss, caregivers should educate seniors on how to screen such calls. No legitimate organization— law enforcement, banks, or utility companies—will demand payment
or personal details over the phone. Any such request should be refused immediately.
Email scams remain widespread and frequently target seniors. A common scam involves fraudsters impersonating official institutions, claiming the recipient has won a lottery or inherited money. These emails often ask for bank details or upfront payments, which should never be provided. Any request for sensitive financial information via email is a clear sign of fraud and must be ignored.
Seniors should also be aware of in-person scams. Fraudsters may show up at the door pretending to be from a legitimate company, even carrying fake IDs. A genuine representative will never object to a verification phone call to confirm their identity. The safest approach is to avoid answering the door for strangers and consider installing a camera doorbell for added security.
Education is the best defense against scams. Caregivers should have regular conversations with seniors about common scams and help them recognize warning signs. Staying informed is the key to preventing fraud.

Bringing a caregiver into your home is a meaningful decision— one that goes beyond simply getting help with daily tasks. It’s about creating a supportive, trusting environment where your loved one feels safe, respected, and cared for.
When you welcome a caregiver into your home, you’re entrusting them with the well-being and safety of someone you deeply care about. That’s why trust is the foundation of any successful caregiving relationship.
Your loved one’s health, comfort, and dignity are at stake, so it’s important to feel confident in the caregiver’s skills, integrity, and dedication.
Communication is also key. Open, ongoing dialogue between the caregiver, family members, and the person receiving care helps ensure that the care plan reflects the individual’s unique needs. Clear communication prevents misunderstandings about medications, routines, and special preferences, while regular checkins help maintain transparency and address concerns as they arise.
At Comfort Keepers, we believe in a collaborative approach to care.
Our caregivers become part of a senior’s integrated care team, working closely with families to provide compassionate, personalized support.
To make this partnership even stronger, we offer the Family Room—a secure online portal where families can view care notes, photos, and updates. This tool gives loved ones insight into how the custom care plan is being implemented and allows them to stay connected to the daily life and well-being of their family member. The Family Room promotes transparency, fosters trust, and brings peace of mind to families— ensuring everyone is informed and involved.

There is something profoundly human about the need to connect. It’s in the warmth of a shared smile, the comfort of a familiar voice, the way a gentle hand on the shoulder can say, “you’re not alone.”
For older adults aging at home, that kind of connection isn’t just meaningful, it’s vital.
Too often, the conversation around aging focuses on what is lost: independence, mobility, or memory. But at Home Instead, we believe that with the right support and meaningful relationships, so much more can be gained: dignity, confidence, joy, and true companionship. We don’t just deliver care we nurture relationships that uplift the human spirit.
At the core of our approach is the belief that connection is as essential as any medication or safety device. That’s why we take time to carefully match each client with a Care Professional who doesn’t just meet their needs, but truly understands their story. Someone who listens with patience, engages with empathy, and brings their whole heart to the role. It’s in the everyday moments, sharing coffee, reminiscing, or enjoying a quiet walk where trust is built and
loneliness fades. These are the moments that define the Home Instead experience.
When it’s time to find care, families aren’t just searching for help, they’re searching for peace of mind. That’s why more families choose Home Instead, an Honor company, for inhome care that genuinely makes a difference.
As part of the Honor Care Network, we pair personalized service with innovative technology to ensure safety, reliability, and consistency. But what truly sets us apart is our belief that care is about connection.
Because in the end, we all want to feel seen, heard, and valued. At Home Instead, that’s exactly where care begins.

Hospice care, when started at the right time, offers patients the gift of time—time to reflect, say goodbyes, get affairs in order, and focus on quality of life.
It also eases the burden on families and healthcare providers by managing symptoms and reducing stress during a challenging period. Answering these three questions can help determine if it’s time to consider hospice:
1. Is the patient facing a life-limiting disease or condition?
According to the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, the most common conditions include:
• Cancer (28%)
• Cardiac and circulatory diseases (19%)
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s (17%)
• Respiratory diseases (11%)
• Stroke (9%) Other qualifying conditions may include end-stage liver or kidney disease, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), and other degenerative neurological illnesses.
Clinicians: Refer to disease-specific hospice eligibility guidelines.
2. Is the patient or loved one showing signs of decline? Hospice may be appropriate if:
• A doctor has certified the patient has six months or less to live
if the disease follows its usual course.
• Curative treatments are no longer effective or are causing more harm than good.
• The patient has chosen to stop aggressive treatments in favor of comfort-focused care.
• There is a noticeable decline in daily activities like eating, dressing, or hygiene.
Other red flags in the last 4-6 months include:
• Weight loss of 10% or more
• 3+ hospitalizations or ER visits
• Declining physical or cognitive function
• Multiple chronic conditions (comorbidities)
3. Have the patient’s wishes been considered?
Advance care planning documents (like a living will, durable power of attorney, or Five Wishes form) help ensure end-of-life care aligns with the patient’s preferences.
If you’re uncertain about hospice readiness, contact a local hospice. They can provide guidance or send a clinician to assess the situation at no cost—helping you make an informed and compassionate decision.

Joan never planned on living in a personal care home. She was happy living at home in suburban Pittsburgh. Well into her eighties, she hosted family gatherings with homemade desserts, drove herself regularly, and was active in her local Catholic church.
However, an unexpected accident changed everything. Suddenly, Joan was no longer able to go back home and take care of her lawn and flowers, or feed the birds, like she used to do.
Her four daughters arranged for a tour of Westminster Place, a personal care community in Oakmont from Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, choosing it because of exemplary care their father received years ago at a skilled nursing community on the same campus.
That was two years ago. Now, Joan can’t imagine living anywhere else.
“I didn’t initially want to move out of the home I loved so much, but after a while, I really started to like it,” Joan said. “There’s lots to do and I’ve made many friends. My daughters know I’m safe. The place is beautiful, the staff’s wonderful, and the residents are great.”
Joan’s favorite activities include dice games, sing-a-longs, card games, and cookouts on the patio. She enjoys visiting the resident store to buy household items. To keep
her mind sharp, Joan and several of her friends challenge themselves by playing “Word Wipe,” a word-making game, on a large screen in the activity room, excitedly calling out clues and answers.
She attends exercise class six days a week and walks as often as she can along the landscaped yard. “I’m 91 years old,” Joan said. “We all need to exercise. I appreciate that so much. My daughters are very supportive of me walking, so they bought me a Rollator. I love that Rollator.”
And she remains active spiritually. She attends weekly bible study and nondenominational service on Sunday, arriving early to distribute bulletins. After service, she assists Chaplain Mark with the preparations for afternoon tea. “Once a month, we have Catholic mass here, and I appreciate that so much,” she said.

A Harvard study found that strong social relationships are the most important factor in lifelong mental and physical health.
Tending to your relationships and practicing social fitness can directly lead to a happier, healthier, and longer life. Five Greater Pittsburgh area residences of Legend Senior Living – The Remington of McCandless, Ridgecrest of McCandless, Ridgecrest at Cranberry Woods, Ridgecrest of McMurray, and The Province of Wexford – are all managed under the philosophy that social contact is the lifeblood of healthy, happy aging. The positive effect of these communities’ promotion of an active social life is evident in the feedback of residents and their families, as well as in the daily well-being of seniors and the overall atmosphere of the community. You can actually feel it.
To describe it simply, these communities are designed around social opportunities. The building design creates common areas where residents take the opportunity to gather.
Dining, a significant social opportunity, takes place in a restaurant atmosphere, with several venues for more casual gathering and dining. Every day is a Life Enrichment opportunity designed by a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator whose focus is to create meaningful engagement among residents
and between residents and their larger communities: entertainment events, holiday celebrations, intellectual and cultural pursuits, volunteer activity, and outings to greater Pittsburgh, rich with opportunities for growth and friendship.
Legend’s mission across Pennsylvania today includes 15 residences. We are keenly in tune with Pennsylvania culture – our communities reflect it. The solid, honest work ethic, rugged independence, and sense of community pride one finds in any Pittsburgh-area neighborhood is very much present in our West PA residences. The expert staff of associates, themselves mostly local Pennsylvanians, share much with the people who live here and naturally become their personal friends as well as their caregivers. The benefits continue in Memory Care, where residents can realize improved cognition and reduced reliance on psychoactive drugs with social contact as an integral part of therapy.
Legend was founded to restore dignity, independence, and purpose. Schedule a private tour at LegendSeniorLiving.com to experience the difference.
