THE COORDINATING COUNTRY PROPOSAL TO GO ON WITH THE PROJECT
After a reasonable time waiting for proposals,this is the coordinating country proposal to go on with the project: 1.-We are going to work with 48000€ (80% of the total budget).If a country wants to work with 100% it is its own responsability and it must finance that part of the work with its own resources.Moreover, each country must contribute 3000€ of its own resources to continue working on the project because we must spend this money in order to receive the remaining 20% of the budget. 2.- We have until 31 January 2025 as deadline (2 months after the end of the project) to complete the final report, which must be evaluated positively and depending on this evaluation, we will receive the rest of the budget(12.000€) ,and every team will receive 3.000€ from the coordinating country...but we must consider this: Annex III: Financial and contractual rules IV. Final Report Page 4. If the final report scores less than 60 points out of 100. The NA may reduce the final amount of the grant for poor, partial or late implementation of the action, even if all the activities reported are eligible and have actually taken place.In such a case a reduction of the grant can be: -From 10% if the final report scores between 59 and 45 points. -From 30% if the final report scores between 44 and 30 points. - From 70% if the final report scores between 29 and 0 point 3.-We are going to keep “in box”......1.660€. 1260€....80% of 1576(Supplies) 400€....80€ of 500 (final dissemination) total....1660€ Note:This is an unilateral decision of the coordinating country, the coordinating centre considers that it is appropriate to keep this amount for the purpose set out in the project.
