WHY CHOOSE SENIOR SCHOOL AT SELWYN HOUSE SCHOOL?
In Senior School, students are taught to work both collaboratively and independently in preparation for post-secondary education. We challenge them to learn, to study, to read well, to write well, and to think well.
As a small, student-centered school, the opportunities to participate at Selwyn House are great, creating an inclusive atmosphere, developing positive attitudes to personal performance, teamwork, and fair play. Whether they have a passion for athletics, the arts, sciences, languages, or all of the above, our diverse programming empowers boys to develop and thrive through hands-on learning and actionoriented activities.

Senior School offers an enriching environment through the guiding principles of lifelong learning and academic excellence. Our boys are known and loved. Anchored by Selwyn Veritas, our focus is to provide opportunities for the boys to develop attributes such as self-advocacy, resilience and compassion.
INSPIRING BOYS TO ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL
Through a commitment to academic, emotional and athletic excellence, we enable students to set challenging yet achievable goals on their path to reach their full potential and prepare for the ‘real’ world. With small class sizes and dedicated time for each student, teachers are able to focus on individual students and make sure they are on track and thriving.
EXCEPTIONAL ATHLETICS
Active living and learning remains at the core of Selwyn House culture. Whether students are focused on pursuing varsity sports or simply want to have fun while integrating sports into a healthy lifestyle, our coaches and staff will support them in achieving their goals.
BUILDING ON THE STRENGTHS OF BILINGUALISM
We value Quebec’s rich bicultural heritage. In Senior School, your son will continue to develop and strengthen his language skills in both English and French.
