• As designers we think that utilising the 3rd bedroom as a study as well as a bedroom can benefit you and your guests. We have included a fi re place in this room to add to the luxurious aesthetic.

• We understand your intent on moving the bathtub / bathroom layout and we have worked within the plumbing restrictions to achieve and new, more successful ensuite layout.

• We have turned your master bedroom into an entire master suite. Which entails minimal doors, creating a fl owing circulation from the bedroom, through to the walk-in wardrobe and through to the main ensuite.

• New joinery will need to be added to the kitchen and walk in robe to utilise the new layout and storage
