FELLOW DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM This fall the Self Graduate Fellowship is planning to return to in-person programming. A�er a year of all virtual engagement, it is exci�ng for the cohorts to meet in person again. In-person events will kick off with the annual Fall Skill Session star�ng August 9, 2021.
Fall Skill Session Joining the Self Graduate Fellowship for the Fall Skill Session in August 2021 will be Kepner-Tregoe. Their “Problem Solving & Decision Making” session is one that Madison Self had the opportunity to experience and hand selected as part of the Fellow Development Program. Kepner-Tregoe’s Problem Solving & Decision Making is the founda�on on which the company works with clients worldwide and is the cri�cal ingredient to improving organiza�onal results. These breakthrough concepts were developed a�er years of extensive research by Drs. Charles H. Kepner and Benjamin B. Tregoe. The Problem Solving & Decision Making method is a step-by-step process for successfully solving problems, priori�zing issues, making good decisions, and analyzing poten�al risks and opportuni�es. It equips current and future leaders with the necessary skills that become the founda�on of effec�ve leadership.
