Welcome to Sanctuary
We are pleased to share the latest project milestones across Sanctuary, our growing waterside community in Wentworth Point. With more than 800 residents now calling Sanctuary home, the vision to create a nature-focused neighbourhood continues to come to life.
We are now in the final stages of subdivision approval for Stage 2, with works focused on delivering neighbourhood landscaping and the future Sanctuary Boulevard that will connect buildings to Foreshore Park.
Within this stage, the new neighbourhood green is nearing completion and will officially open in July. It is the first new open space delivered in the area in over a decade.
Stage 3 is progressing well with the 28-storey tower now reaching level 10 and internal fit-out underway across all three buildings. Located on the podium level, the pool and amenities precinct are beginning to take shape with the project on track for completion by mid-2026.
In Stage 4, site clearing will shortly commence with the removal of site sheds. Early works are anticipated to start in July with major construction to follow in September. This new release will continue Sanctuary’s commitment to quality design, generous open spaces and positive environmental outcomes.
Final approvals for Foreshore Park are also imminent. Trees have already been ordered, the tender process is under way and construction is expected to commence shortly, bringing our community even closer to enjoying this key recreational space.
Sanctuary’s masterplan continues to prioritise connection to nature, thoughtful architecture and liveability with expansive recreational spaces.
Kind regards,

Willow’s Sky Homes - elevated living
A new benchmark in luxury living has arrived at Wentworth Point with the release of Willow’s Sky Homes, a premium collection of 48 residences on levels 20 to 28 in the landmark Willow tower.
Set within a peaceful waterside precinct, the Sky Homes offer uninterrupted views across Millennium Parklands, Parramatta River, Sydney’s CBD and the Blue Mountains. Designed by TURNER, Willow’s terracotta façade draws inspiration from the river’s organic form, graduating in tone from darker at the base to lighter at the top.
“These upper levels have been designed to offer a sense of calm elevation. Expansive balconies and floor to ceiling glass invite nature in whilst maintaining privacy and light,” said James McCarthy, Director at TURNER.
Spacious one to four bedroom layouts are available with floorplans averaging 93sqm.
Prices start from $810,000 to $4.5 million for the penthouse. Interiors are functional and easy to furnish, with optional upgrades available. Larger residences include premium inclusions such as porcelain benchtops, integrated appliances, EV charging and home automation.
Residents will enjoy access to a lagoon pool, podium gardens and a communal pavilion. Completion remains on track for mid-2026.

Parramatta Light Rail moves forward
The future Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 is a step closer, with leading infrastructure company John Holland appointed by the NSW Government to deliver the enabling works including a new public and active transport bridge linking Wentworth Point and Melrose Park.
This major infrastructure milestone marks the beginning of a 1.3-kilometre works package including the bridge and its approaches and lays the groundwork for a transformative transport connection that will directly benefit the Sanctuary community.
The bridge will feature a long-span cast in situ balanced cantilever design, with only two piers in the Parramatta River to minimise environmental impact and preserve access for marine users. Once complete, it will seamlessly connect the Olympic Peninsula with Greater Parramatta, offering improved access to jobs, services and recreational amenity across the region.

Wentworth Point High School now open
A major milestone for the Wentworth Point community has been reached with the official opening of Wentworth Point High School. The new state-of-the-art secondary school welcomed its first Year 7 students in Term 1, 2025, providing families with access to modern, highquality education just a short walk from Sanctuary. The school features flexible learning spaces, a multipurpose hall, outdoor sports courts, landscaped areas, and dedicated creative arts and performance facilities. As part of its long-term vision, the school will grow year by year to support up to 1,500 students.
Construction is also well underway on the adjoining extension to the existing public primary school. Phase 2 development of the high school (which includes a school hall and 2 basketball courts) commences shortly. A complete K–12 education will be delivered within the heart of the precinct.
Neighbourhood green is set to open
A colourful new green space is set to open at Sanctuary in July, with the arrival of a neighbourhood green, a 3,150sqm landscaped park. Positioned along the waterfront, it is designed to be more than just a park. The nature space will serve as a social, cultural and community destination, connecting residents within Sanctuary and welcoming the broader community.
Neighbourhood green features open lawn areas, BBQ facilities, shaded seating and a dog wash station, catering to the active, outdoor lifestyle that defines this unique location. Open to both residents and the public, the park invites people to gather, relax and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty.
Finding a home in Sanctuary
For Eddie and Michael, Sanctuary was not just a place they discovered on their daily bike rides, it became the setting for their first home together and a transformative new chapter in their lives.
“We are both active people and often bike along the river. The buildings at Sanctuary always stood out to us, so different to anything else in Wentworth Point. The architecture caught our eye, but once we looked into the project further, we realised how special it really was,” says Eddie.
After looking across Sydney, nothing else compared. The couple purchased a two bedroom in Landing - Stage 1 and haven’t looked back.
“Our lifestyle has changed for the better, physically and emotionally. We have always been active, but now we are surrounded by green open space, bike paths and the world class sports facilities in Sydney Olympic Park. Coming home at the end of the day, seeing my husband and our fur babies in our apartment, it is a feeling I can’t put into words,” Eddie shares.
Michael agrees. “The view is incredible, every room has one. There is so much light, space and connection to nature. You walk in the door and immediately feel calm.”
The apartment’s thoughtful design and sense of openness stood out. “We love the indooroutdoor flow and the layout just works. The 180 degree views, sunsets, storms, even fireworks, never get old,” adds Eddie.
Access to green space was a huge drawcard for the couple and their French bulldogs. “It is so important for us. We are on the walking tracks daily and we use the podium level often. We have even made use of the BBQ and car wash bay and are looking forward to the gym, pool and riverside boulevard opening soon.” says Michael.

The convenience of the location is another highlight. “Coles is a block away, great restaurant options are nearby and there are several public transport options. Michael even bikes to work in Parramatta along the river,” says Eddie.
“The transport options are some of the best in Sydney. Ferry, bus, train, future light rail, it is seamless, and you can be at the airport within 15 minutes. We love it and our fur family loves it. We truly found our place.”

Exclusive four-bedroom riverside apartments
A collection of four-bedroom apartments in Laguna & Glade have just been released, with private viewings set to take place in June.
Construction of the waterfront buildings are nearly complete and with over 90% of apartments now sold, the first residents will soon move in. Two of the eight available four-bedroom luxury residences have already been purchased.
These generously sized, single-level homes enjoy uninterrupted views of the Parramatta River and overlook the neighbourhood green and Foreshore Park. Each apartment offers around 168sqm of internal living space, three car parks, two balconies totalling over 30sqm and a built-in outdoor BBQ area. Prices range from $2.9 million to $3.25 million.

“This is a rare opportunity as there are no new four-bedroom apartments currently available in Wentworth Point,” said Matthew Landa, Senior Sales Executive for Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments at Sekisui House Australia.
Laguna & Glade is already proving popular with owner-occupiers. Over 70% of buyers are planning to move in, 17% of which are first-home buyers.

Connected by a neighbourhood green, the buildings were designed by PBD Architects and form part of Sanctuary’s Stage 2. The design reflects the curves of the river and blends architecture with the natural landscape.
A new private residents’ facility Revive will open soon and features an indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym, conveniently located adjacent to Laguna & Glade.
