Delivering homes people love and communities that flourish.

Communities that flourish and thrive.
Whether we’re developing houses, apartments or entire masterplanned communities, our thinking doesn’t just end with physical structures. We believe in the strength of community, which is why we build in growth areas to ensure their liveability and longevity. Our goal is to create beautiful spaces for families, friends and neighbours to interact, live and grow - with the infrastructure to support a better life.
Our objective is to produce homes where people feel comfortable and want to live in for generations. This aim guides all our operations, including apartments. Sekisui House homes are grounded in holistic thinking, designed for a lifetime and expected to grow in character over the years, becoming an ever greater asset to their communities.
and trust.
At Sekisui House, a relationship with our customers is one we believe in fostering well after the keys are handed over. While we’re there to make life less stressful before and during the build, our core philosophy - love of humanity - motivates us to continue supportive and inspiring relationships with our customers for life.

Secure your property
You’ve found the apartment you want to buy. Now it’s time to pay a refundable deposit, after which you’ll receive an electronic contract for exchange. From here, you’ll have 14 days until the full 10% deposit * is due. During this time, go through the contract with your solicitor and ensure everything’s in order.
*Please note: From time to time, special promotions or government schemes may apply, which could reduce the deposit amount required.
Financial health check
Now’s the time to conduct a financial health check to make sure you’re comfortable with your repayments and have any financial documents you might need. Doing your homework now can save stress in the long run.
Engage with your solicitor
Before reaching contract exchange, your solicitor will review the terms of the contract and ensure that all compulsory disclosures are attached. Ask your solicitor about your eligibility for any NSW Government schemes or incentives.
Ask about Sekisui House incentives
Sekisui House’s loyalty program offers repeat and referral rewards. Ask your Sales Team for more information on our exclusive program.
If you have previously purchased a Sekisui House property, join Sekisui House Rewards to gain benefits on second and subsequent purchases. Or refer someone new to Sekisui House and both you and your friend could be eligible for our referral rewards (conditions apply).
Once you’re satisfied with the terms of the contract, sign your electronic copy and pay the balance of your 10% deposit to the vendor.
Ask your solicitor for relevant details for your particular project. Your holding deposit forms part of your 10% deposit. Once the contract is signed by both you and Sekisui House, your contract is exchanged and your new home is secured.
Sekisui House has implemented electronic contracts to streamline the contract exchange process and help you secure your new home as quickly as possible.

In NSW, the Stamp Duty amount varies depending on whether this is your first or subsequent home, or if you’re a foreign investor.
You will receive a bill from Revenue NSW which will be payable within three months of contract exchange. Your Sales Team can help guide you with questions on your individual situation.
Sekisui House provides progress updates on construction milestones for every project. Six months prior to completion, Sekisui House will provide you with a timeline to completion which will assist you with preparing for settlement including, finance pre-approval, valuations, Occupation Certificate, Strata Plan Registration, inspection of your property and furniture buying or tenant sourcing.
At Sekisui House, we’re proud to conduct our own independent inspection of each building to ensure quality control on all apartments, and to ensure our team has addressed any quality issues before you inspect the property.
Once you have finance preapproval, your bank will arrange a valuation inspection of your property.
Sekisui House streamlines the process for valuation inspections by providing access to your property prior to completion.
Leading up to completion, Sekisui House will invite you to conduct the first viewing of your new home and answer any questions you may have.
Once construction is complete, an Occupation Certificate will be issued and Sekisui House will register the plan with NSW Land Registry Services. Sekisui House will issue a notice of settlement to your solicitor. You will need to inform your bank of this date so they can organise the final payment. We’ll also do the official handover on Settlement day.
The day has finally arrived to hand over your home. We’ll take you through a final inspection of your apartment and present you with the keys to your new home.
The Sekisui House handover experience has been carefully planned, drawing on decades of experience in customer service. After the inspection, we will introduce you to your new community and its facilities, and present you with your keys, manuals and welcome gift.
