Math Skills Games allows students to play different types of games to build fluency with math facts, while growing their confidence and developing a joy for learning. This collection will provide ways to build math skills using simple materials like dice, pencil, paper, and cards. Teachers can access ways to level up and differentiate activities to fit the unique needs of their classroom.

Best Practices Daily Routine: Assign different Math Skills Games activities each day during station/rotations that fit the skill level of your group. Students will watch a video that models how to play the game, allowing for independence.

Hands-On Learning: Each activity invites students to take their learning and interactions offline. We know that students need digital balance, which is why we have created short videos to model games, but the learning and practice takes place in the physical classroom. Once complete, students can share their game and outcome in Seesaw to give visibility to their teacher and family for responsive instruction opportunities. Home Connection: These lessons can be assigned and completed at home with family members for additional practices. Families love resources and ways to connect learning at home.
