Division Fact Fluency allows students to practice 1-12 division fact low-pressure environment as they challenge themselves to increase accuracy. Seesaw’s multimodal tools enhance fluency practice as students record themselves in real time using diverse inputs for engagement. Students reflect on their fluency with built-in support tables and Seesaw's formative assessments. Every student work sample provides teachers with focused insights to assess their fluency of each division fact, giving data to show when students have reached mastery or need additional support.

Best Practices

Practice & Reflection: Students are encouraged to think aloud, record their thinking, and say their answers out loud as they work with the Voice tool. This empowers teachers to see student thinking as they view student work.

Scaffolds & Support: Students can reference the pull-out multiplication chart tab or the quotient reference Flexcard on each page to check their work. They should do this after they practice and complete the work on the page.

Data-Driven Instruction: Assign the fluency assessment for each divisor to students in order to determine their mastery of division facts. Educators can leverage assessment data to differentiate instruction.
