Burkina faso REVIVAL OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AFTER FLOODS - completed project Aim: contribute to food security by increasing the production of 900 farmers and the productivity of their fields (rehabilitation of infrastructures, restoration of fields, reinforcement of production capacity). Partner: SOS Sahel France Local partner: SOS Sahel Burkina Faso DEVELOP THE LOCAL POULTRY SECTOR - on-going project Aim: create an "ESOP" (an oragnization that offers services and a frame of work to producers) that will have a unit of production of chicks and will help the selling activities to ensure that 80 women poultry farmers access regular and sustainable income while improving food security. Partner: CIDR Local partner: APME2A INNOVATIVE SERVICES TO DEVELOP CROPS - on-going project Aim: assist farmers in 7 targeted areas with the production, the transformation and the selling activities in order to increase their revenus while using relevant and sustainable techniques.
