Kick off your 4th of July at the 4th of July Parade in Downtown Sedalia! This year’s theme will be National Treasure! Enter your floats for free by contacting the park office. Prizes will be awarded to the Most Patriotic, Most Original, and Most Creative float!
Picnic In The Park
Tuesday, July 4
Centennial Shelter #1
11am - 1pm Free
Bring your family out for a picnic in the park! Free hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be provided. Bounce houses and a live band will perform to keep the celebration going!
Star Spangled Swim
Tuesday, July 4
Centennial Pool
11am-5pm
Make a splash at our star spangled swim! Swimming is half price and free for military and veterans with an ID!
Fireworks Spectacular
Tuesday, July 4
Missouri State Fairgrounds Grandstands Fireworks start approx. at 9:30pm Free
End your evening with a fireworks spectacular show at the Missouri State Fairgrounds!
Light Up Liberty
Looking for a fun holiday tradition? Stop by Liberty Park for our annual Light Up Liberty Christmas Light Displays!
Displays will be on nightly
5:30 p.m. - Midnight
November 23 - January 1
It is FREE to drive thru. However, we will have a donation box if you would like to donate. All money will go directly back to adding more lights for years to come!
