HCC ROOM RENTALS

Overnights/Partial Evening/Lock-in’s, Birthday Party Packages, Community Room, Conference Room and Gym/Court Rentals are available!

PARTY ROOM RENTALS:

Birthday party rentals – choice of Pool Party or Child Watch / Kids Zone. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

RENTAL RATES:

Pool Party: includes admisison for capacity of room

1.5 hour event:

1 room, capacity 20 people $175

2 rooms, capacity 40 people .................$300

Child Watch / Kids Zone Party

1.5 hour event:

1 room, capacity 20 people ................... $175

Food, drinks, and other party items may be brought into the facility for reserved parties but must be kept in the party room. Decorations are only allowed on tables. No confetti, glitter, wall, or ceiling decorations allowed. Tableware and table linens are not provided. Capacity includes everyone attending the party including swimmers and non-swimmers.

Convention Hall Rental Rates

Rental fees of the gym for activities are $300 per day. The damage deposit for all gym rentals is $200 per day. Insurance may be required for some rentals.

COMMUNITY ROOMS / CONFERENCE ROOM:

Available during Heckart Community Center normal hours of operation.

Community Room C $30 x 26’ x 24’ x 23’ x 73’ rooms rented at one time.

Discount for all three (3) above $75

Conference Room $10

• Kitchen access is not available.

• Total capacity for all three community rooms is approximately 200 people.

• To receive the discount for renting all three (3) rooms, all rooms must be booked at time of reservation. Example: If only two rooms are booked and then it is requested to add the third room later, the discount will not be valid.

• Audio/visual equipment available: podium/mic, projector, projector screen, and A/V cart for an additional flat fee of $10 per rental date.

• Conference room rentals are only for meetings. Parties, celebrations, or other event applications for rental of the conference room are not allowed.

GYMNASIUM / TOURNAMENT RENTALS:

Maximum of 2 courts available at a time for gymnasium rentals. One court will remain open at all times for membership use.

• SPR will need a minimum of $1,000,000 general liability insurance.

• SPR will need Certificate of Liability Insurance Form with City of Sedalia listed as Certificate Holder and additional insured.
