History The Ministry of Education (MOE) Secondary Education Service Area 21 was established on August 17, 2010 in Nongkhai, Thailand. Our offices are located on the third floor of the Nongkhai Provincial Hall. The official duties of Office 21 focus on the support, promotion, supervision, assistance and management in the planning and operation of all secondary schools (Levels 7-12) in Nongkhai and Buengkarn Provinces in far northeast Thailand. We work closely with 31 school in 9 districts in Nongkhai Province and 25 schools in 8 districts in Buengkarn Province. Our experienced and dedicated staff works with 56 schools and offers all staff, teachers and students opportunities and excellent advice on gaining knowledge, citizenship, personal and professional responsibility and morality. We constantly strive to meet or surpass all goals and objectives set forth by the Thailand Ministry of Education. We help meet the needs of each facility for both the present and the future.
Strategy 1. Improve the quality and standards of good education, support technological capabilities and use multiple support systems for the liberalization of the ASEAN Community. 2. Cultivate virtue and stress a national consciousness in Thailand. Enhance the Thai way of life by economic self-sufficiency and by maintaining local identities and mutually beneficial partnerships. 3. Expand educational opportunities .Identify and reduce inequality ‌ no difference between rich and poor students. Give students have the opportunity and tools to develop the full potential 4. Provide teacher and staff with a professional development and educational system to improve management and the quality of teaching. 5. Improve management efficiency through the decentralization of educational governance principles. Emphasize the participation of all sectors and strive for full cooperation with local governments. Develop, promote and support the quality of education and standards.
Our Vision To ensure that all educational and personal standards in our area met or surpassed and we accomplish this in the most economical, efficient and timely manner possible and that we become a model for other Thai secondary schools in achieving ASEAN partnerships. Meet or exceed quality standards as well as stated goals & objectives. Ensure all students have the opportunity to acquire academic knowledge as well as ethics, morality and enhanced personal identity Assist learners to compete more successfully in academic competitions in the ASEAN Community. Goals 1. Every student will be given the opportunity for a high quality education. 2. Every child of school age, will have access to basic education. 3. Maintain and develop high qualifications for teachers and staff to work effectively achieve full potential. 4. Learners will have higher academic qualifications that enables them to be more competitive within ASEAN and internationally. 5. Office 21 and each school will be governed and strengthened by the principles of good management and operation.
