With many years of experience, Adrienne began her career with a real estate company and then progressed to the legal side of things, where she has spent the majority of her employment conveying real estate (preparing legal documents and balancing the numbers), developing good contacts, amicable relationships, and a strong knowledge of the real estate industry. Now working with C.J. (Kip) Wilson at Saanichton Law, Adrienne brings with her 15 years of experience preparing documents related to mortgages, sales and purchases for the properties of clients all over Vancouver Island, inclusive of the Saanich Peninsula and into the Greater Victoria area. Adrienne has assumed the role of a Real Estate Listing Representative for C. J. (Kip) Wilson, Saanichton Law. A Real Estate Listing Representative helps guide a property seller through the listing and selling process, arranging showings and open houses. Kip has great confidence in Adrienne as she relates well with clients, has legal experience and knowledge, and goes the extra mile to ensure their clients’ properties shine with their full potential for prospective buyers. Adrienne finds it a great pleasure to work with clients, mortgage brokers and Realtors. In her spare time Adrienne is running around with her fiveyear-old son and their three Bernese Mountain dogs, including the newest addition of Edgar, who is five months old. Edgar likes to spend time in the Saanichton Law Office and being introduced to clients who give him dog cookies. On special days you can find Edgar and Mac (Kip’s two-year-old Portuguese water dog) playing tug-of-war together in the office.
