OSPREY CAFÉ
The Osprey Café serves coffee, breakfast pastries, bottled beverages, “grab-n-go” salads and sandwiches, made-to-order items, and ice cream treats.
PELICAN’S NEST
Enjoy elevated beach fare at the ocean ’ s edge. Dolphin sightings and spectacular sunsets frequently enhance this unique coastal dining experience.
CAP’N SAMS’
This casual grill is located pool-front at the Beach Club! The small grill menu is accompanied with a full bar complete with specialty cocktails.
OCEAN TERRACE
The Ocean Terrace is a Members only area that can be accessed using only a Member QR Code. The Ocean Terrace includes an air conditioned seating area, self-serving “Pour My” wall, including beer, wine, and cocktails, a luxury water dispenser, private beach area, patio, and restrooms. Throughout the year, the Ocean Terrace hosts multiple Members only events, such as Sunset Parties and Oyster Roasts.
POOLS
Two oceanfront pools offer stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and feature expansive, magnificently landscaped sunbathing decks. The beauty of this unparalleled coastal retreat earned its reputation as the perfect spot to take in the best sunsets in the Carolinas The pools may be accessed through Club QR Codes only by Members and their personal guests with complementary towels available.

Seabrook Island provides an array of outdoor and indoor dining venues for lunch and dinner as well as special and private parties, whether large or small. For formal dining, Members have several choice venues within the Island House. The Palmetto Room’s vaulted ceilings, soft-toned interior, and richly stained booths and tables offer a comfortable and cheery atmosphere. Small groups and large families may choose to reserve the Ashley Room with its cozy fireplace for a more intimate, private experience The Seaview Terrace serves up a gorgeous vista of the water’s edge with passing boats, gliding seabirds, and gentle waves rolling in.
BOHICKET LOUNGE
This recently renovated relaxed pub-style dining is located on the back side of the Island House overlooking the golf range and putting greens Bohicket Lounge is the perfect place for Members and their personal guests to socialize after a round of golf, or to join family and friends for lunch, happy hour, or dinner, sporting event watch parties, and live music
GOLF VERANDA
The Golf Veranda at the Island House features shade umbrellas in warm weather, and heaters and fire pits when the temperatures drop It offers a lovely view and lively conversation year- round. Seabrook Island is renowned for our two award winning golf courses, Crooked Oaks, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., and Ocean Winds, designed by Willard Byrd. Both courses wind through spectacular views of the marsh, and maritime forest surroundings, and Ocean Winds has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean Private and group instruction are available from PGA professionals. RACQUET CLUB
The Seabrook Island Racquet Club features state-ofthe-art facilities with 15 Har-Tru tennis courts, seven pickleball courts, and a balance of year-round social, instructional, and competitive opportunities for all levels of racquet enthusiasts Lessons and clinics are available, as well as lighted courts for evening play
To enhance the Member Experience, the Racquet Club recently underwent transformative renovations. These updates include refreshed landscaping, redesigned parking areas, and an expanded Pro Shop, along with the addition of five new pickleball courts. Upgraded irrigation systems, new walkways, lush greenery, and outdoor seating create a welcoming environment for Members to enjoy both racquet sports and socializing. The significantly enhanced Pro Shop offers a cozy space for Members to gather before and after play, and to relax with a beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage.
EQUESTRIAN CENTER
Seabrook Island is the only private island community in the Charleston area offering a full-service equestrian center. The expansive 22-acre facility provides a rarified existence for dozens of beautiful horses that residents ride year-round. Forty-two stalls, miles of trails, and an experienced, dedicated staff ensure a world-class experience, not only for equine residents but also their owners and guests. Our expert team caters to riders of all skill levels with guided beach and trail rides, pony rides, and lessons for all ages.

The Lake House is a fully equipped 28,000-squarefoot fitness, wellness, and meeting center for property owners and their guests. Members who reside within the 29455 zip code have a fixed monthly service fee of $52. Members who reside outside the 29455 zip code have a $20 per month service fee The service fee is not applicable to Homesite Memberships. These memberships will see a 22% service fee on all food and beverage receipts.
LONG-TERM TENANT BENEFITS
Long term tenant benefits are designed for those renting. Terms are available from 3 months to 1 year on a one-time per year basis. You can utilize the Long Term Tenant benefit for a maximum of 2 visits, not to exceed 24 months. The non-refundable initiation fees are $1,250 per quarter for Neighborhood, $2,500 per quarter for Racquet Sports, and $3,750 per quarter for Golf, plus prorated dues and applicable fees. This can be utilized for 2 visits, but may not exceed 24 months.
